They were very kind. There is also a souvenir shop inside. The baths are separated by men and women. There is also plenty of space to relax in the sulfur hot springs. The room was also clean.Kokeshi dolls are apparently famous, so they were displayed everywhere.

The staff's response is good. The room I was taken to was a Japanese-style room, a typical structure common to hotels in tourist areas. But for some reason it calms me down.Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. Come and fill your stomach with the things you like. The menu is rich and delicious. In the morning, we had freshly made rice cake. The baths are swapped between men and women depending on the time of day, so you can enjoy it twice as much. Cloudy hot springs can look white or greenish depending on the lighting. The water temperature was probably around 40 degrees, which was perfect for me.

I was afraid to stay overnight in the winter because I was worried about the slope, but I ended up staying there on Christmas Eve. The inside of the hotel didn't have the Christmas atmosphere that I expected (although there was a tree on the side of the buffet venue...) I stayed there in May, so it didn't taste fresh, but the coffee service was good. It's a shame that we couldn't enjoy our meal while looking out at the view outside, but the beef tongue at the dinner buffet was also delicious. The standard breakfast rice cakes were of course delicious. Thank you for your help again.P.S…October 2024...Coffee service in the lounge has disappeared. It's a shame.

food 😐The quality of dinner food needs to be improved 🥲 The food is not fresh and most of the hot food is iced. Breakfast is relatively good, with pudding provided.Service👎🏻Poor communication between staff 😡 I informed the staff in the afternoon that I needed to check out early tomorrow morning, and her reply was to ask me to pay first after 19:30 that evening, which would make things more convenient. But when I went to the front desk at 20:15 that night and wanted to pay, the two employees on duty said that I couldn't pay now because there was no employee to collect the money. I immediately expressed my request, but they just kept rejecting it and said they had never heard of such a need for my room.First of all, I don't understand why the night shift employees after 19:30 don't know how to collect payments. Secondly, why the hotel staff have no communication at all and even ignore the needs promised to the guests. Furthermore, I reported this issue to two employees at the time, but they both chose to remain silent and did not even apologize/take note of the matter and report it to others later. Is this how hospitality works at this hotel? Not good👎🏻

I happened to go there before Restaurant Miyagino was opened, when they used to serve boiled eggs at the hot springs at the front entrance, and I fell in love with it so much that I've stayed there over 20 times, either on mother-daughter trips or as a family almost every year. I go to other hotels and inns, but I still like this place. If you stay at Momijikan, you will be close to the baths, so you will take baths more often. When you stay at Aobakan, you walk through a passageway leading to the restaurant and baths, and the smell and atmosphere there made me come to Naruko Hotel! I am deeply moved. I often stay over the New Year, so I like the stove as it gives off a nice atmosphere. Best of all, the hot water here changes color depending on the time, making your skin smooth. The food is delicious, with shrimp skewers, sashimi, and freshly fried tempura. The zoni is delicious and you can get a second helping in the morning too. It's great fun to spend consecutive nights lazing around once or twice a year, repeating bath → meal → bath → sleep → bath → sleep → bath → meal (^^) There is also Wi-Fi in the room It would be better if there was. I haven't been able to go yet this year, so I want to go soon.P.S. Even though I have stayed dozens of times, they always treat first-time guests at check-in. I think there is no record of the stay. I think either my mother or I have a different name on the reservation each time. I always feel really bad about that.
