The location is good and you can get around almost on foot. The parking lot was spacious and the staff kindly guided us (( *ˊᗜˋ* )ゞWhen you travel, don't you get excited by the small details at your accommodation? I feel safe at this point. 100 points💮 ·͜·♡Even when I was asked questions in a heightened mood, he answered with a laugh 😄I didn't have high expectations since I booked a cheap plan. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view ♡The futon is also fuka (( ˘ω ˘ *)) fukaDinner was buffet style with one drink service, and although there weren't many items, it was delicious. Some accommodations have time restrictions. This time, they didn't say anything, so we had a lot of fun chatting while eating. The bathroom was stocked with everything including shampoo. There is no doubt about the hot water♨️! 🍀It was a shame that the sauna didn't have a cold bath.(Well, it's not mainly about saunas.)It's a shame that the open-air bath is pitch black at night. Actually, I thought it would be more atmospheric if there was a little bit of light.Unfortunately, it was a little while before the autumn leaves🍁It was a very satisfying and enjoyable trip with wonderful staff and wonderful accommodation.I recommend it. ♡

This hotel offers a balanced selection of sincere service and friendly attentive staff, good location (within walking distance of the ropeway stations and good food menus.Unfortunately the bathroom hygiene leaves much to be desired. The room’s bathroom and onsen’s bathrooms could use more regular maintenance and we had an unpleasant visit from a ‘buggy visitor’ one night in the toilet. The beetle likely crawled out from the bath tub water outlet and was sitting in the tub. Wouldn’t recommend if family members or yourself would freak out when seeing insects in the bathroom.

Great hot spring hotel, the service is super old-school and gentlemanly. I chose the independent hot spring service. The old man at the front desk sent us into the elevator and walked up the stairs to join us in the B1 round. I was so touched. The hotel room is large, the scenery is great, the hot spring quality is also very good, it is very close to a cable car station, and it is very convenient to eat and buy nearby. It is suitable even if it is not the skiing season.

I used it during the Obon holiday.First of all, I think the good thing is the location. You can walk to the Zao Ropeway station, and Lawson is also a short walk away. The hot water is a cloudy sulfur spring, and the temperature of the indoor bath is low enough that you can soak in it slowly.I was also happy that the breakfast menu had changed for the first time.FYI, it was bad.I think the timing may have been bad.First of all, the parking lot seems to fill up quickly. When I woke up, a different customer's car was parked in front of my car, and I couldn't just let it out.I was told that I could use the bathroom at another hotel, but when I returned, I was told that the parking lot might be full, so I should walk.By the way, the parking lot at the hotel we went to was full.I would be happy if you could use the hotel's shuttle bus to take you around. In the end, I ended up not going to the bathroom at another hotel.By the way, if I tried to go early in the morning, I wouldn't be able to go because it would start at 7am and that would overlap with my meal schedule. I wanted you to tell me about that.I stayed for 2 nights, but on the first night I noticed that the buffet was empty for a long time, and the atmosphere of the customers waiting was very sad.Even if you bring something with you, you'll only have two items left, so if you don't have anything, you'll be served with no choice and you'll quickly run out of things. And it seems like it continues... In the end, I gave up on not being able to eat it, and when the guests left, a little bit of it started coming out, but it was quickly cleaned up afterwards.I understand that they are busy during the Obon holidays, but it probably happens every year, so I wonder if they couldn't deal with it? I think so.Also, during the meal, many children ran past the children eating, perhaps because it was summer vacation.I wanted my parents to be careful, but I also wanted them to be careful not to run too gently. As for the food, even though they use good quality meat, all the oil was melted probably because they left the meat out at all the tables. What about dust when kids are running around like that? ? It becomes. The bathroom is a little small compared to the size of the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but I was surprised to see an old woman who had been in the bath for a long time sleeping on the edge of the bath (lol)As for the room, it was a clean room, but the air conditioner that was added later may not have been cleaned. After staying at the hotel, three of my family members developed sore throats, and my husband developed a sinus infection, which was cured by the time we left the hotel and returned home.I thought it was worth the price, but unfortunatelyI won't stay there next time.I will never forget the disappointed look on my husband's face on our long-awaited wedding anniversary trip.

I stayed there at the end of June for a family trip, and there was a problem with parking space.I have received a complaint, but it's been a month and it still hasn't been resolved. It's been a long time since I've been in a large group, so I'm always here. I will contact you and reply 😭

Warm and comfortable, the food exceeded expectations! The receptionist in the lobby was kind and courteous, and tried his best to introduce the hotel facilities and nearby attractions to us in Chinese. The meals, both late and breakfast, exceeded expectations, and you can feel that they are full of care. The hot spring bath is also quite comfortable, but it's a pity that I didn't make a reservation to enjoy the different feeling of Kakikiri Bath. What makes people feel inadequate is the toilet/bathroom in the room. Not only does it have insufficient lighting and it has not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time, but the entire set of sinks has fallen off. It is obviously a lack of maintenance. It is recommended that it be strengthened in the off-season.
