A nice reception and everything seemed nice to start with. After checking in and being pleasantly escorted throughout the accommodations, we got in the room and noticed it was dated and not very clean. You wear sandals they provide, but you would not want to walk on the carpets as they are very dirty. They have two private onsen pools that you can reserve, which appeared to be a nice option, so we signed up for a private room at 10 pm, then went to the dinner buffet. We were pleasantly greeted, and it looked nice. The table was set with crab legs and shark fin soup that was individually heated at the table by Sterno fuel. A nice touch. The overall rest of the buffet items were low quality and not very fresh, as we found the crab legs and shark fin soup to be as well. We also noticed how filthy the carpets were, with many stains and dirt from constant wear. Not many items for dessert, and again, lower quality. All the serving trays and utensils were noticeably finger marked with signs of never being washed out. Next was the private onsen room, when we got into the room it looked inviting, but then also notice how dirty and unkept everything it was. Upon entering the pool, we noticed dirt and hair floating on the water and along the sides of the pool. It was filthy in there. The breakfast buffet was very limited to traditional Japanese breakfast items, with no eggs or western items available. The items on the buffet were of low quality and again all the serving containers were so old looking with many finger marks on them. The views from the outdoor front balcony provided some nice views. But overall, the facilities look nice, especially in the front entry area, but the rest of the facilities were old, outdated, worn and poorly maintained. The workout area has not been cleaned for weeks, the karaoke room smelled terrible and was visually not clean. Our room lacked clean windows, or clean countertops. Great location, although it is difficult to drive to, could have provided a very nice stay, but the poor state of cleanliness and maintenance, and low quality food...we would never want to return.

The staff are so kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was great. There are two private baths to choose from, but reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you want to choose the time you like, we recommend checking in early. The happy hour drinks and oden were both delicious. It would have been nice to have a buffet of crab and beef tongue for dinner. The amount of food that was made into a hot pot seemed to be a lot for two people. In the hallway leading to the bathhouse, there was Yakult, ice cream, and cold water, all of which were all-you-can-drink.There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy at the hotel, such as games, comics, table tennis, putter golf, and a children's space. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying, and although it's not pictured, I had all-you-can-eat salmon roe in a bowl of salmon roe bowl. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

It's good, but not addictive. The room and unit bath are clean.Reservations for private use are pretty good. The public bath is so dirty. The plastic bath chair is moldy. The employees are working hard.If you are in a wheelchair, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate you.The old man (I don't know his title) who was at the counter in the morning was unfriendly and annoying.Breakfast was better than dinner.

Three people stayed in one room.It was a 3-person room, but one person had a simple bed and was fluent on the mat. When I woke up in the morning, my body hurt so muchHotel staff is also the worstI parked my car near the entrance and told them that I would like to unload my luggage, but there was a spot in the parking lot where I could unload my luggage. The reason is that there are times when dealer cars pass by.I haven't seen it once since I passed by.It takes less than 5 minutes to unload my luggage...I parked it in the parking lot, and when I was unloading my luggage when I was told to go all the way down, it fell into a ditch.I will never go again, it was the worst

I stayed here, but the air conditioner was broken and there was a vacant room that was hot, so I was able to move to another room, but the air conditioner was full of mold and the floor was dusty...It was a difficult room for me as I have a house dust allergy. It seems that the first room's air conditioner was defective and was repaired after receiving the same complaint from a previous guest, but I wonder if they haven't confirmed that it works? All the dinners were not good, but the creamy seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious. The customer service was from a foreign country, but the service was good.
