This is my first time using it.I wonder if this inn is only for overnight stays? The front area has been beautifully renewed⁉️.Some parts of the building feel old, but they are well-organized. It is also equipped with easy-to-use products such as a microwave and washlet toilet. Also, there are many hot spring baths, but I was only able to bathe in two.The sauna was very hot and felt good.I was thinking of using it again.

There are many baths that are open 24 hours a day, and each one has a different hot spring feel. …

This is a ryokan where you can feel the quaint Japanese atmosphere, unlike the atmosphere of modern hotels. The toilets and washrooms in some of the rooms have been renovated and are now modern. There are many private baths that you can enjoy with your family. You can relax as if you were at home as the meals are served in your room. There are toilets located throughout the hallway. You can encounter blue-colored hot water called ``Sugawara Blue''. It is located at the entrance of Naruko Onsen town and is easily located. The problem is that the parking lot is difficult to park, but the hot water is nice and smooth. The rice was also delicious.Due to the renovation, we are now only available for overnight stays. I have fond memories of being able to enjoy a delicious meal in my room.

Hot water is good. It's an old building, but I think it's kept clean. I have stayed here several times every year, but currently I pay the bill at check-in and generally do not meet the host. The inn was once famous for its meals, but now it specializes in overnight stays, and you can even raise and lower the futon yourself. There are also hotels in Naruko Onsen that offer good food and service, so if you are looking for one, I think it would be better to choose one of them.

The minimum level of hospitality is also "none".I wanted to check something when checking out, but when I rang the doorbell, no one answered. The business model is to only provide hot springs without serving customers.A person who appears to be the store owner proudly speaks in an NHK interview. The company turned the coronavirus pandemic into an opportunity to recover by making profits by saving labor without providing services.By not providing food, we were able to benefit local restaurants and revitalize the nearby hot spring area.He was making such claims.I think it's extremely arrogant.I want to relieve daily fatigue and spend precious time with my family.I used it, but I left the hotel with a feeling of discomfort. It used to be a nice inn, but now I think, ``I don't need to come here again.''

Stayed for 3 nightsThere seemed to be a fair number of guests staying, but they never overlapped and they were always monopolized. The inside of the building is a little old, but it is clean. The shared toilets are also quite clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are also well-maintained.The traditional bathhouse is old and dirty, but this is normal for a hot spring inn.The newly renovated bathhouse was of really perfect quality. It's amazing that you can always enjoy high-quality hot springs for a cheap price, even without meals. There are convenience stores nearby, and there is also a breakfast restaurant that is open from 7am.There are restaurants on the way to the station, so it won't be an inconvenience.I would like to use it again when staying in Naruko.

I heard that the owner of the inn in Kesennuma recommended this hot spring ♨️, so I decided to use it. The hostess at this inn also guided me down the path to the bathhouse, and I was able to experience the detailed service provided. This is what a long-established inn is all about. Thank you very much😃

I used it at a day trip hot spring. The old hot springs are 500 yen, and the new ones are 700 yen, so I went to the new ones. The water is moisturizing, the quality of the spring water is good, and it made my skin smooth. The temperature is 42 degrees, and when it's hot, you can adjust it with a hot water kettle. There were about 6 washrooms, and they were all clean.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, and the changing room only has a hair dryer, so there are no tissues or lotions. The sauna was 72 degrees, but the floor was too hot to enter. The receptionist gave minimal explanations and I was a little confused.
