It wasn't as good as the reviews. I had high expectations since I heard it was a luxury inn. The person who made the reservation was a relative who was not staying overnight, and had booked breakfast for 8:30, so when I went there without them knowing, I was not allowed into the breakfast venue. I couldn't wait for more than an hour, so I checked out without eating. A futon with a sheet on a lumpy mattress. I was expecting a bed. .. .. . There were dead insects stuck to the sheets, which was unpleasant. The room bath is a little spacious. Did you book the cheapest room? In the open-air bath, even if you put on a bath towel, it's cold because you have to walk down the stairs. I didn't have anything I wanted to eat for dinner, so I left 80% of it. The ramen shop was also not as good as the reviews said. The store was pretty good. Humidifying air purifiers are obviously dirty. The main body was yellowed, perhaps due to tar stains. I deleted it.

The open-air bath, located a little away from the indoor bath, allows you to relax while listening to the quiet sounds of nature ♨️🌳

Personally, I like the large open-air bath at this inn.I visited for the first time in a while for work, and I made a surprising discovery. When I woke up in the morning with lower back pain, I thought, ``Huh? It doesn't hurt!'' So I checked the bedding and found that it was a high-quality mat from the super athlete commercial. Are all rooms fully equipped? In any case, it's a great deal of consideration for the guests, and I was impressed by the fact that most other hotels have rice cracker futons (lol).I think the staff's response is also good.

Stayed in a special room. KatsukiIt's more spacious than you can imagine, and you can spend a relaxing time there. The beds are made with Airweave mats, cold water is provided, yukatas are provided, tea is served, and everything else makes for a special experience.Kaiseki cuisine is beautiful in both food and appearance.Relax by the bonfire in the bath and warm up in the private hot springs.Honestly, I think it would be better if there were several types of baths.

I visited with my family.Although it is far from Sendai Station, it was very helpful to have a shuttle bus to pick us up and drop us off.I stayed in a room with a bath attached.I didn't know that I couldn't use soap in the outdoor bath, so I had to use the indoor shower room to shampoo and wash my body.It was great to be able to have dinner in the room!It was also luxurious and very delicious.I was a little bothered by the small number of outlets in the room, as there were some places where I couldn't use the outlets (perhaps there was no electricity?).The public bath was large and the open-air bath was very comfortable!

The reception at the front desk, the guidance to the room, and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful.I called around 8 pm to make a reservation for relaxation, but after being told to check availability, I was told in a whisper that it would be a pain, so I felt offended and declined the call, but the caller hung up on me without saying a word. I did.I don't deny complaining, but I wish they would at least not be able to tell in public. It was a shame that the day ended so sad.

Dinner was delicious, and the bath was also very nice. It was the first time I had a breakfast buffet and thought it was delicious. I would also like to thank you for your help.
