*2022 nightsDinner hours are 17:00-20:00 (as of September 2024, check the website)At the time when I checked in, I was told that it was an order buffet. There was no prior explanation, nor was there any explanation that the store would close at 8:00 p.m.I should have checked the time on the website. This is also my responsibility.*This hotel's order buffet isEach dish can be made on the spot. The style is to stand and wait in front of the kitchen with a plate in hand.Naturally, it takes longer than a normal buffet. The people who were making it were standing in front of me,I feel sorry for this.It would be a waste of time to go for a regular buffet.I think it's better not to have it. For example, WakayamaThe hotel will bring you freshly grilled steak.I felt like I could take the rest by myself. Hotels in NiigataHot items had to be ordered, and other items were self-serve.Everything is freshly prepared in the form of a live kitchen.I understand that you want to provide it, but I have to do it from 5:00 p.m.The crowd will be concentrated around 19:00.Maybe there are a lot of elderly customers, or maybe this time slot is set too early.I think so.Stayed as a family, with one sibling only eating.Due to work commitments, the person in question was participating.I arrived at the restaurant around 7:30pm.Last order for the first time was 19:45.I was told that the restaurant closes at 20:00.I quickly ordered several dishes for him.Do you still have more than 10 minutes? I thoughtI went to get my second beer.I'm already wiping down and cleaning up the server.picture? Is it over? I couldn't help but ask.The food finally arrived and I started eating it.I started cleaning up the cloths from other tables,He came to our table and said, "It's closing time..."It's a buffet that requires time to wait for it to be completed,If you want to take it yourself and go back to your seat and eat it,If you don't have time, you can just grab it quickly,That's not the case here, I can't eat or drink well. The brothers had to go home. The brother's dinner cost was 16,500 yen. Cost performance is too bad.Well, it's bad for me to come late.I will never stay at Ichinobo in Matsushima again.I thought. By the way, I am from Miyagi.

I was able to play a birthday play from a child.Customer service, food, cleanliness, everything is perfect! The amenities are Mikimoto and the hair dryer is Refa, so your hair and skin will be moisturized.Of particular note are the rows of ecosmart tables with bioethanol fireplaces lined up in the lobby. Combustion behavior due to individual differences can be compared, and the result is clean air certified by me as an asthmatic! (lol) Even my husband, who was negative about introducing it into our home, became positive and said, ``I'd love this!'' If I had to be greedy, I would have liked to see where they put the fuel in.The piano too! This is fine! I was encouraged and had the best encounter ever. The glass museum also has a wonderful selection of exhibits and merchandise, and the glass kagami-mochi comes in colors not found in department stores, which I plan to purchase later. It's a wonderful place and I would like to confidently recommend it to everyone. This is a ``healing space for adults'' where you can drink alcohol from noon. As mentioned in other people's reviews, you can't expect good service for families with children, so I think it would be better for all parties, including the hotel, to avoid it in many ways.

The room was on the 5th floor, but the view was great and you could see Matsushima right in front of you! This is my second time staying here because I was fascinated by the scenery and the food. The accommodation fee and drinks are all included, so you don't have to worry about your wallet from the time you check in until the time you check out, so you can drink without hesitation, and you can also enjoy frozen desserts and coffee. You can enjoy it.The building, rooms, and gardens are well maintained and very clean, and the view of Matsushima from the lobby is also beautiful. You can have a blissful time looking at Matsushima from the open-air bath of Toro Toro-no-Yu.The food served at the live kitchen is absolutely delicious! Please try the beef tongue here! I think it's better than the beef tongue shops around Sendai Station!I recommend it!P.S.If you're looking for a high-class kaiseki meal at a high-end inn and are satisfied with attentive customer service, this may not be the place for you.

I visit you once every 3 months. Sauna and bedrock bath 10 minutes after check-in. Taste about 10x5 times according to dinner time,Off to battle! Starting with white, I almost conquered the drinks (lol) Of course I shared the food with my companion and was full. From Mojito to Bourbon Rock while enjoying live saxophone performances from ~. It's delicious and my companions will love it. Is it good? Thank you for taking the time to enjoy the sauna and breakfast in the morning. Also in December.

I stayed with my 2 year old and my parents.Other people have also written in reviewsI think this inn is a little unsuitable for children (from the age of starting baby food to kindergarten age).First of all, there isn't much on the menu that I can eat.Maybe bread, soba, and fruit...?I was in trouble because there was no cutlery for the children.I thought it would be better to just shake things off and say that preschoolers are not allowed to stay overnight, so this kind of gap wouldn't occur.
