Weekend accommodation is expensive in Sendai, so I decided to come to this place I found on Rakuten Travel.I was worried because of the low reviews, but as long as you don't have too high expectations, there's no problem! This is an apartment-style accommodation facility. It's a certain age, and the walls are thin.As long as the person in the room next to the room doesn't make any noise, you won't be bothered by the noise of cars. The bed was spacious, the air conditioner was cool, and the refrigerator was good because it kept it cold.Although it was a one-room stay, there was space to spread out our suitcases, so we had no problems. It may be difficult for those who are looking for a new or renovated hotel that is above a certain standard. There are basic amenities.Lease-in shampoo.I have a kettle, so I don't have a kettle. Also, there are pots, but there are no dishes, chopsticks, dish detergent, etc., so if you use them, you should bring them. Is it for long-term residents? There were various exchanges, and I spoke to two staff members over the phone, one of whom was very kind, but the other one was probably hard of hearing. I couldn't have a conversation and was cut off, which made me feel weird. Is it a radio problem? That's what I thought, but please let me know if it can be improved. Also, it seems that you can leave your luggage before check-in.Tabist seems to be a national chain, and they responded very quickly to email inquiries. wonderful! What I was curious about was the TV, and when I randomly pressed channel 6, it turned out to be an adult channel...I guess it's a service aimed at men, but I felt a little uncomfortable. There seemed to be Wi-Fi, but I didn't use it so I don't know how it feels. For your reference.

There was a long piece of hair in the change of clothes I left behind. I have short hair. The walls, toilet, bath, and floor are clean. The kitchen and refrigerator are also thoroughly cleaned. The area around the air conditioner and TV is full of dust, and the constant falling of dust is difficult for people with sinusitis. There was one spot on the curtain that looked like bedbug droppings. I wouldn't stay there privately.

The location is quite far from the station, so you will need a taxi. However, it's a cheap place to stay, so I use it every time!

It was an inn that had been converted from an apartment complex into a lodging facility. The space is about the size of a cheap business hotel. Personally, I have no problem with it. There are the usual amenities, as well as a writing desk and TV.There is a convenience store within a 2 minute walk, and if you make a reservation you can eat at the restaurant inside the facility.Enough to take a shower, have a drink, and sleep. I will use it again if I have a chance.

It was a one-room accommodation. The front desk staff was very kind and easy to use, and there was ample parking available.

Although it is a business-oriented inn, the Western-style rooms are carefully maintained. The guest room has a simple desk, unit bath, and mini stove, and is like a one-room, 1K room from a while ago.Breakfast, which requires reservations, is a Japanese set meal (Shokado, natto, eggs, seaweed, etc.), and dinner is similar to a Japanese set meal. At dinner time, alcoholic beverages, such as beer, are available to order. One free bottle of cold water per day is available in the showcase in front of the front entrance. There is also a coin laundry on the first floor.During the busy season, the building where the reception desk is located may be separated from the accommodation building, but I think this is acceptable. There are a small number of double and twin rooms in that building.

The apartment is a guest room, so the room is average. But a washing machine? Dryer? The sound of the song is like a May fly.Perhaps due to resonance, even the walls of the room were shaking. It's okay if it's just the sound, but the shaking is...
