Stayed here for a company year-end party.I think it was a typical cheap year-end party package, but considering it was cheap, the quality of the food was quite poor.I think it was voluminous, but was it just a pile of dishes lined up at the buffet? That's what it feels like.It can't be helped since it's a year-end party pack.I wonder if the service would be better if I paid more for it.

It's not a very new inn, but it was quiet and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. I think it's a good inn and the staff are polite.

All the staff were polite and nice.I especially appreciated the people who served us at the dinner venue. The facilities are a little old, and although I got a room facing the sea, I was disappointed that I couldn't really see the sea because of the trees.

It was a shame. The room is too old and the shoji is falling apart.Supplement the flooring with duct tapeIncredibly...Most of the food was already served by the time we sat down. There are some things that I think would be delicious if they were warm, which is also a shame.

I stayed for one night. The inside of the hotel is very quiet and you can spend a relaxing time. There is a main building and an annex, but they are connected internally, so you can come and go without going outside. There are two public baths, and I went to one of them in the annex. I went there just before it closed for the night, but the water in the open-air bath had already been drained, which was disappointing. The rest feels like a regular bathhouse. We only had the breakfast buffet, but it was good as there was a wide variety of food, mainly Japanese food. I think it would be interesting if there were more things related to Miyagi. (There may have been, but I think the explanation is insufficient.)Overall, I think it's a good inn, but I don't think there's anything particularly good about it.I don't know if it's limited to this area, but I would like them to strive to improve their services and facilities without being complacent with the location of Matsushima.

I used it for a year-end party a few years ago.I had to hurry to enter the public bath one hour before the scheduled time, so I took a bath, and when I got out in time, a cleaning man was waiting outside and said, ``Are you foreigners? Can't you read these numbers?'' ?"They said. There was a small sign in front of the public bath that indicated the hours of use, but it was different from the hours listed on the guest room information sheet. It's our fault for not checking, but there was no explanation given at the time of reception, so I just felt bad.
