The rooms are old but tolerable because the price is low.You can self-select the amenities you need from the shelf next to the front desk. There were no convenience stores within walking distance, so it's best to stop by before you go.

Due to my work, I spend over 100 days a year staying at business hotels around the country. Our accommodation standard is Toyoko Inn, which is 3 stars. The reason is that we are equipped with the same equipment all over the country (and around the world).Because it is the easiest to use as a standard. Those who understand should understand. Now, let me tell you my impressions of Business Hotel Shinbashi.I don't think you will have any major problems if you just want to sleep in the standard accommodation facilities. The equipment itself is showing its age.A little bit of medicine upon entering the room? There was a smell, and the towels also smelled a little. This may be something done as a countermeasure against the coronavirus. The walls are thin.I feel very stressed when there are guests living in the next room who are noisy. There is no kettle in the room.If you need hot water for cup ramen, please use the kettle located in front of the reception on the 1st floor. Very inconvenient. There are 3 coin laundry machines, a vending machine, and a microwave oven installed in the space in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor. It's separated by a glass door and glass wall, so I don't think you'll be bothered by the noise of the laundry.I think the front staff's response is very good.I never felt uncomfortable. There is a Japanese restaurant (izakaya) on the 1st floor, where you can get basic meals. The breakfast venue is also in the same location.Although it is basically a shop for hotel guests, it also accepts general customers passing by.Opening hours are dinner time only and closed on Sundays. This time, we stayed for 3 consecutive nights + 1 night on another day, but we did not use the restaurant, including breakfast. Therefore, there is no evaluation of taste or price. The biggest problem is that the location of the hotel is too bad.At best, it's a ``quiet location,'' and at worst, it's ``nothing.''There really is "nothing".I think all of the people staying here will come by means of transportation such as cars or motorcycles. However, for the people who don't have ``legs'' who ride in the car etc., there are no convenience stores nearby and it is almost impossible to go out for a meal.(There is a popular ramen shop called "Komorebi" right behind the hotel, but it is only open for lunch time. I have written a separate review.)It takes about 15 minutes on foot to the nearest convenience store. If you're staying overnight, it's wise to buy any drinks and food you'll need in advance and C.In.As a request to the hotel, I would like to have several bicycles available for free rental. There's really nothing within walking distance. The parking lot is relatively spacious.I think you can park a 4t long car, and even an 11t car.I guess the trailer is really difficult.I think it's a little difficult for large trucks to turn around depending on how crowded it is.There are factories of major companies in Ohira Village, and I think most of the guests staying here are related to that, but from the average guest's point of view, it can only be described as "inconvenient."This reservation was made by a client at work, so there is no need to choose this hotel if you are making a reservation yourself. If you want to book your own stay, you can book at Hotel Route Inn in the neighboring Yamato-cho. This way, there are restaurants nearby.I was forced to stay for three consecutive nights, which was incredibly stressful for someone without legs.On the other hand, I don't think people who have "legs" will feel that dissatisfied. I guess it depends on the price.

An old-fashioned business hotel. There is no public bath, but the bath in the room is relatively large. The rooms and buildings are old. There's nothing around.Although there are industrial parks nearby, there are few business hotels and the area is relatively crowded. The breakfast isn't bad, but if you stay for a long time, you'll get tired of the same menu. The front desk is very responsive and very flexible.

I stayed in a non-smoking room (on a non-smoking floor),The smell of cigarettes from other smoking floors came from the stairs, and the hallways and elevators smelled bad.Even though it was a non-smoking room, I felt terrible.

It's cheap and located in a quiet location.I arrived about 20 minutes early to check in, but they happily accommodated me. Thank you very much. The receptionist was a male staff member, but he was polite.Breakfast was a bit sad, butIt was delicious. However, regarding milk and vegetable juice, I would like them not to put ice in the pot. It has a bland taste and is not drinkable. I think it's better not to add ice since it's stored separately.I could see mold coming from the cooler and it was disgusting.I would like to change the dark lighting in the elevator.

I used it for touring in Miyagi. The food at the attached restaurant was surprisingly delicious! There was also a coin laundry and alcohol vending machines, and the room was well soundproofed, so I was able to fully recover from the fatigue of my trip.
