A Japanese hotel with excellent service. Someone will come from the parking lot to assist with luggage and deliver it to the room. They will even wipe the luggage's feet so as not to stain the tatami mats that everyone walks on with bare feet!Although the hotel staff didn't speak English very well, they were still very willing to help. They were also invited to the room the next day to help my parents carry their luggage, because there were too many winding stairs inside~The public bath in the hotel is not big, and there is no view, but it is comfortable with the cool outdoor breeze. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the restaurant. The food is generally good, but there are not enough service staff. As a result, it is very slow to wait for the rice, to add more heat when the heat is gone, to add soup to the sukiyaki, etc. ~ Service Staff Nice people but very busy...Dinner meals include stone grill/shabu-shabu/sukiyaki. The sukiyaki sauce is salty and must be paired with rice. So I would recommend stone grilling or shabu-shabu. The portion is so large that you will be so full that you won’t be able to eat it the next morning~Ps.1 The footbath at the door is so hot that you can’t put your feet down. There are towels on the shoe cabinet at the door so you can take them by yourself. You don’t have to go back to the room to get them~Ps2. Dewa Sakura Daiginjo and white wine as a pre-dinner wine are both delicious!

modest responseIf I didn't know where my shoes were when I went out, I asked the front desk, and they brought them to me from the back.I later realized that you can rent sandals next to the front desk.At the time of paying the bill, I paid with all the change, but when I received an even larger amount of change, I realized that I had misjudged the amount.Actually, I think the difference between wearing sandals and being comfortable and saving money is up to you. However, from the way the inn treats them, they don't say anything unnecessary even when guests do something strange, and I get the feeling that they are more modest about making sure they don't make mistakes than paying attention to their guests. Many companies have set a lot of KPIs, and in the end, they are focused on not doing anything or making mistakes even if they have ideas.

Although it is an old inn, it has been beautifully renovated. It is located at the very back of Zao Onsen, with an outdoor bath right in front of you. It feels like an adult inn with good staff manners.

Accommodation with familyThe road to get there is narrow so be carefulThe common space is large and easy to use.I was surprised by the unexpected combination of ``Noshi plum and cheese'' that was served for dinner. There were enough leaves in the open-air bath that I could easily grab...

A hot spring town filled with the scent of sulfur. This is an inn with a retro atmosphere. The employees were also smiling and kind and happy 😊 All the hallways are tatami matted and the whole building looks nice. The bath is small but has good hot water. The food was quite good, the Yonezawa beef steak melted in the mouth. The desserts we couldn't finish for dinner were wrapped up and brought to our room. I ended up having it after refreshing myself in the bath along with the welcome fruit that had been chilling in the fridge😋 I wonder why my stomach expands like this when I travel.

A very relaxing inn that I would like to visit again. There is a hall that you can use freely, and you can use the massage machine and read books.
