Very old hotel though it is still clean. The onsen is only for man. For lady if you want to do onsen have to go to their affiliate hotels. Do choose the one nearest though the staff sometimes will try to make you go to the one further. The breakfast is very basic.

It's located between Kokubuncho and Sendai Station, just along Hirose Dori from Kokubuncho.

I was surprised at the height of the steps in the toilet and bath.

Stayed at Inn Plan at 1pm. It's been a while since I stayed at a cylinder key hotel. I smile bitterly as the door looks like an old housing complex. I thought Dormy Inn Class would have a card key or numeric keypad, but I guess EXPRESS is a cheaper version. I understand that people who only stay at other dormy or premium hotels will give harsh reviews. It feels like a regular old business hotel. There are signs of renovation inside the room, but the unit bath was extremely small. The shower curtain is short, so even if you put it inside, the floor will get messy if you're not careful. The toilet has a flush toilet seat, but not a heated toilet seat, so it might be a pain in the cold season. The sink is too small, and if you're not careful when spewing water, it will spill on the floor. There is no outlet on the desk. It's old, but the individual air conditioning is a good point. Bring the minimum amount of amenities you need from the first floor in front of the elevator. I thought it was unusual that there was a body towel among the provided towels. I didn't go into the large public bath because the reviews said it was small. I didn't eat Yonaki Soba because it wasn't the right time. Breakfast is ok, but they seem to be trying to make small dishes and beef tongue curry. Although it was along Hirose Dori, it was quiet probably because it was a public holiday. I decided to stay this time because it happened to be cheap and the hotel was open at 1pm, but it's close to the express bus stop, and if it's cheap on a day when I have something to do, it might be a good option.

It's been renovated so some parts are clean, but the facilities are old. It's well kept, so there's no problem staying there. It is a pity that there is no public bath for women within the facility. The entrance to the bath unit in the bathroom is high below the knees, and there is a difference of more than 5 cm on the bathroom side, so if you are not careful, you will get stuck. The sink is small and the faucet is long, making it difficult to wash your face. The lighting in the room is low, so it's not suitable for putting on makeup. No full-length mirror or tabletop mirror.Unfortunately, the bath towel had holes in it both nights. The staff who made the Yonai Soba was very nice despite their busy schedules, and it made me feel full even though I was tired from work. Many of the breakfast items are small bowls, so they are easy to eat and delicious. The room wear is pajama type with separate top and bottom, but it is quite shabby. There is no problem if you just prepare your own things and sleep.

I was disappointed that the public bath was too small.
