The location, the price, the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and the toilet were all perfect, and the breakfast was included, but the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't use it. Once this was resolved, there was nothing to say.

The dusty room was still tolerable, but the dust from the air conditioner was at an unbearable level, so I turned off the air conditioner even though it was chilly.

The plumbing in the room, the coin laundry, etc. were not kept clean at all, making it uncomfortable. This is the first time I've been to a hotel where the bathroom was so dirty that I could touch it with my hands.

A rare type of hotel that looks like a combination of containers. You might get lost for a moment in the hallway that leads from the front desk to your room, but once you get used to it, it's easy to understand as the floors in each area are color-coded.The room was also surprisingly ordinary. As everyone has commented, the air conditioner vents are definitely dirty. The breakfast buffet in the large dining room is also satisfying.By chance, a large number of students were there, so it felt more like a training camp than a business hotel.

Good access to downtown Sendai.I think the main customers are workers and students on club trips.I really appreciate the free breakfast included in my low-cost stay. The buffet menu is also rich and delicious. I stayed for several nights and had breakfast, and the woman in the kitchen (a bit swollen) always had a smile and a pleasant greeting. You'll feel energized in the morning. It was also popular with students♪The reception staff are also attentive.Up until this point, I've listed good points, but from here on out, it's a disappointing review. First of all, the room was dusty. When I tried to put my belongings on the desk, the top plate had a whitish color, so I thought it was the wood grain pattern of the desk, but when I looked closer, it was dust. When I traced it with my finger, it was covered in white dust. It's not an exaggeration, it's a fact. I think those who have used it agree. It's not the corner of the wall, it's the desk. Those of you who have stayed here may be aware of the dust that turns the corners of the carpet on the floor white. The room smells like dust and mold.I have used it many times, but the level of cleaning staff is not uniform, so there are differences in the level of cleaning of the rooms. Some staff do a great job of cleaning and making the beds, while others do a sloppy job of making the beds, and some staff leave the cup holder in the bathtub full of dust. It's at a level where I wonder if it can be this rough depending on the person. The wallpaper is dirty and the smell in the room is disgusting. I think this is a really great hotel except for the cleanliness. If it feels like just sleeping, you have no choice but to endure it.It's not an exaggeration, it's a fact.
