I am writing to applaud the great service provided during the ryokan stay. I have booked it from the ryokan official website but they were also responsive from emails to confirm my reservation and stay details. I am a solo traveller and it is actually rather difficult to book ryokan in japan as one person but this place was possible! (On weekdays with a slight premium)The staffs in the ryokan were friendly and they tried their best to communicate to me in English. Azumi-san was in charge of my room and she has been amazing~I would also like to praise the food on both the taste and varieties! I stayed for two nights and the meals prepared were different and served in the room. I absolutely loved the tempura and the beef. The seafood sashimi prepared was also fresh and delicious. The onsen was also very nice. Especially the outdoor onsen which is accessible to ladies from 9pm onwards. The rooms was indeed a little old but that is ok for the price and I’d recommend this budget-friendly ryokan to everyone.

So pleased to find a reasonable hot spring hotel! Food was delicious and the service was excellent and cheerful. We were so impressed. The water was also very clean. The visit left us refreshed and ready to face another week.

It feels like a good old ryokan from the Showa era.The parking lot was a bit small, but they guided us well.A signboard for guests is posted at the entrance, giving the impression that they are being welcomed. The room feels old, but it is clean and well-maintained.Nowadays, it is rare to find a bathroom with a sink in the room. The meal was satisfying; the meat, tempura, and rice were all piping hot.Even my 4-year-old child was eating it and saying it was delicious. The children's plate of yakisoba was especially delicious.I was satisfied with both the family bath and the large public bath. Most of the waitresses looked very experienced, and they were working while resting next to the elevator, but for some reason I didn't feel bad about it, and I think it was because they all responded with smiles on their faces. There are many large accommodation facilities nearby, but I'm glad I stayed there. It's very quiet and relaxing. If I ever go to Akiu next time, I would like to stay there again.

It was a good old inn. All of the staff members are veterans, but they didn't seem bossy and welcomed me very warmly. The inn itself is a bit old and has dim lighting, but it has a calming feel. The bath was clean and the water was nice and clean. The private bath was hot with running water, so I added water while taking a bath. The wooden bath was just the right size and felt comfortable. The changing room is not large and there are no cribs, so I thought it would be difficult for families with children who can't stand up to change their clothes. The room was a large Japanese-style room with a bedroom attached, and she said, ``If you wish, we will put up a futon for you.Of course, you can use the bed, too.'' I was very grateful that I took him with me. I was very happy to be able to eat in my room, and a children's plate was served at night, as well as a children's meal in the morning. In addition, the waitress made sure that the children were not in any danger when serving their meals. I remember being deeply touched when she spoke to my child, who was still unable to speak, and said, ``Please come again for your birthday,'' during the morning meal.I made another reservation for my 2nd birthday.

2024.6.21Used by family. Easy access, 30 minutes from Sendai Station. Although it is old, it has a clean feel. Now I can smell the scent of my late grandfather's house and it's very calming. The staff are kind and kind. The women's and men's baths in the public bath will be replaced at 9pm. There is an open air on one side. It's a little hot. The private bath, on the other hand, is lukewarm. You can also stretch your legs in the large tub. The hot springs have a faint scent. The rice is very delicious. Children's lunches here come with fried noodles, which is rare. And leave the room. It's great for families with children. There is Wi-Fi, but the pass was not found in the room and was posted on the elevator. Unfortunately, the air conditioner turned off at night, making it impossible to operate it in the room, and the mattress was so thin that my back hurt, making it a difficult night to sleep. I should have used the bed. Children are especially sensitive to heat, so it would be nice to be able to use the air conditioner at night. . As for the cost performance, I think it's good even if you take into account the fact that it's uncomfortable to sleep. thank you very much.

1. DirectionsWe recommend going by car if possible. The person at the hotel also said so. If you are going by bus, please use the "Sendai Seibu Liner" or "Sendai Kotsu".*I think the Seibu Liner is faster at 30 minutes from Sendai Station.2.About the roomThe room I stayed in this time was 8 tatami mats. I went with two people, and we were able to use it freely. The room is equipped with a toilet and a unit bath. Also, the waitress brought my luggage to my room, laid out my futon, and served me a meal in the room.3.About the bathThe men's and women's baths change at 9pm, and one has an open-air bath. Also, depending on the set you apply for, you can rent a private bath. 50 minutesRegarding private reservations, there are reviews that say it's ``lukewarm'' or ``hot,'' but it seems to vary depending on the person who was there before. This was explained before entering.4.MealBooked with the "Seafood + Steak" plan. Please see the photos. It was quite voluminous.5.About the locationIt's right next to the bus stop.I think it feels good to take a walk!

The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and very kind.I thought everyone was very hardworking. The owner works until midnight, which was surprising. There are several parking spaces available in front of the inn, and others will be directed to a large parking lot about 2 minutes away on foot. The person from the inn picked us up by car. thank you very much.Coffee is available in the lobby from 7am to 10pm. It is strictly prohibited to take it out.The men's and women's baths change at 9pm, so you can bathe any time 24 hours a day. A baby bath was set up for those traveling with babies. I think it would be good if there was consideration for babies in changing clothes as well.It looked like I was going to be able to sleep on the floor.I would appreciate it if you would consider it.

The water was nice. It was a small indoor bath considering the time of day. We were informed that the cleaning of the large rock bath would be finished after waiting for about 40 minutes, but we were satisfied with the fact that we were able to rent it out for ourselves. It was an old facility that looked like it was from the Showa era, but the water was flowing directly from the source and it was very pleasant. The quality of the spring water is clear and colorless, but it made my skin smooth.

The rooms and facilities are old, but the best part is that you can have meals (including breakfast) in your room for this price. The service was like that of a traditional inn, and I was surprised at how delicious the food (Sendai beef was added to the seafood plan) was! Naturally, the bath is a hot spring and there is an open-air bath, but it is a little small. It's not crowded so there's no problem.

Stayed overnight with a friend. The inn itself is not new. The hot spring ♨ was hot at night, but in the early morning it was the perfect temperature for me, and it was a very pleasant morning bath 😊 Meals are served in the room for breakfast and dinner, and are a traditional menu. Buffets might be good for me as I tend to overeat 😅 The young Mr. Nakai worked hard and was very pleasant. I was able to relax and relax😊
