This is a very nice inn with a nice atmosphere. Some people have written reviews about rats, but there was nothing like that at all and I had a comfortable stay. It's an old building, so this may happen depending on the season, but I don't think it's anything to worry about. However, some of the equipment was broken, which was a bit disappointing.

I used it as an overnight stay during a trip to Kyoto, and I could hear rats chirping all the time before I went to bed, past 12:00 a.m. The rat footsteps were also quite loud.Afterwards, I looked at the reviews posted by other people and found that they had been posting about rats before, so if I had known that before staying, I would not have made the reservation. It's a level that I regret.I inquired on the spot, but the only response I got was that they came to spray insecticide around 1 a.m. They didn't consider other options, and even though I paid a not-so-cheap price to stay there, it was the worst. It might be good for people who are used to rats or who can tolerate noisy footprints, but we don't recommend it for people who want a good night's sleep!

I heard the voices and sounds of rats in the middle of the night, so I called the front desk to inquire, but the staff sprayed me with rat repellent spray so much that it choked me on the spot, and I was told that they couldn't take any further action, and I was forced to stay in a smelly room, and I contacted the front desk at a later date. They said they would. They sprayed the attic where I could hear the noise, so I couldn't sleep well because I was worried that they might come down.I received a call the next day, but was told that I could not receive a refund because I stayed overnight.Apparently there was also a room where Itachi appeared, and I was told that it would be better than that. . .The room was spacious and clean, so it's recommended for people who don't mind rats or weasels.

An inn where you can use the main house and an annex in luxury. The floor heating provides perfect warmth even in December, and the separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything from cooking utensils to tableware. When the time came, the meal was delivered to the hotel, and I was able to enjoy sukiyaki at my own pace in a separate Japanese-style room while watching TV, just like at home. At first glance, the sukiyaki didn't seem to have many ingredients, but the beef had just the right amount of fat and was hearty. The bath does not have a reheating function, so you have to fill it with hot water (it's a large stone bath that gets cold in the middle of winter, so it will cool down to 50-60 degrees Celsius), and there are remote controls that are compatible with each air conditioner. The problem is that the location is difficult to find. Until the end, I couldn't figure out how to turn off the hot air blowing from the bedroom entrance overhead and from the bathroom ceiling.

It's close to Kyoto Station and reasonably far from the downtown area, so adults can relax and enjoy themselves away from the hustle and bustle. The baths and atmosphere are lovely, and there are plans perfect for couples celebrating their anniversary. A recommended inn where you should stay at least once when you come to Kyoto.

I was satisfied with the very good room. The sukiyaki for dinner was also delicious. However, the breakfast rice was tasteless. The yuba and side dishes were delicious, but if the rice tastes bad, the meal won't go well.It doesn't feel like it's freshly cooked,It's yesterday's rice. . . It's very disappointing that the rice tastes so bad at this price range.
