Although the location is a little out of the way, the staff are kind and the building is clean.Also, there is a Refa hair dryer and iron, so it's helpful to have less luggage.There was a door between the toilet and the shower, so it was nice that the toilet didn't get wet.It's a bit of a walk to Sendai Station and Jozenji Dori, but there are many parks and it felt nice to walk around.Both are about 10 minutes long.If you book early, you can stay at a very low price, so I highly recommend it.

Design: /360° (Arata Naya and Akiko Shimada). This is a modernly renovated business hotel located on the north side of Sendai Station with the theme of ``new encounters with Tohoku.'' Although the interior is compact, we strive for a sense of comfort with the exposed structure, extensive use of solid materials, and hardwood floors that allow you to take off your shoes. Sendai is a place where a wide range of accommodation needs are required, from business to sightseeing, and there are plenty of work spaces such as meeting rooms and lounges, making it a place where you can meet a variety of people and come into contact with new ideas. WOW's digital art is also displayed on the second floor.

It feels like a simple, unified and stylish space. The receptionist was also nice and had a modern style.The air conditioning was not effective enough for the size of the room. When I entered the room, the display showed 21℃, so I thought it was 25℃ (usually 27℃), but it was so hot that I changed it to 21℃.I think it's a good price as toiletries such as lotion are distributed free of charge.The lighted mirror stopped working midway through, so I think it would be great if you could replace the batteries regularly.There was hair from the person in front of me on the provided hair iron, which was disgusting.

2024.8.12There was a staff member who kindly and politely responded to my reservation error.They were kind to me and showed me a smile, and even though I was tired and late due to the typhoon, I was able to rest with peace of mind.I have made another reservation at the end of October because I would like to work as an apprentice in the customer service industry. Thank you again 🙇

I can't sleep because the walls are so thin that the rooms next to me and below me are noisy.I can't work because I don't have a desk in my room.I can't sleep because the curtains don't block out light.There is a TV but no remote control.There's no phone in the room, so I can't contact the lobby.There is no refrigerator (there is one, but it only holds 2 or 3 bottles of juice).There aren't even tissues in the roomIn conclusion, I will never go there again.
