All Koreans are nice, but please don't talk loudly in the common space. Even when people look at me from tables on either side of me while I'm eating, they don't lower their voices at all. I'm embarrassed to be a Korean.

The inn is an old building that has been renovated, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the parking lot. You have to go up and down the stairs to access the outdoor bath. Not barrier-free. The sauna is a low 80 degrees. The service is disappointing, perhaps due to a lack of staff. The free service in the lounge was good.

The location is unbeatable, right by the stream and the scenery is greatThe room is incomparable, the layout is very beautiful, the bed is very good, and the toilet is a rare imported LIXIL. The disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning, so you can only open the window for ventilation.The service is invincible. Every receptionist is very kind, but generally speaking English is not very good. Language restrictions are limited for European and American tourists.The biggest drawback is that the food at dinner and breakfast looks exquisite, but to be honest, I can't eat enough. Most of the tables at the welcome time are honey and some gluten-free cookies. After dinner, the ice cream pudding will be taken out for guests for breakfast. The Jiugongge pickles paired with two pieces of sashimi and grilled fish cost more than NT$6,000 per person per night. It should be better.

A bit remote but very comfortable restaurant👍🏻Snacks, drinks and coffee are available for free, and there is also ramen after ten o'clock! It's a pity that the room has no air conditioning and only heating. If it feels too hot, I can only open the window. The overall feeling is quite good ❤️

This was my first time using the room, but I was glad that the twin room was large enough for one person, and that I was able to use the public bath when it was empty. The public baths are open for men and women, but one of the public baths has about 25 steps to get to the open-air bath, so it may be difficult for elderly people to use.I don't often use the lounge service even when staying at other hotels, but I did get draft beer from 5pm.The dinner dishes using ingredients such as spiny lobster and Shiraoi beef were also good, and the breakfast was also good. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of pork soup served on your own. I was also happy that I was able to use a semi-private room with only 4 booths.In Jozankei, I often use the Daiichi Hotei series or Furukawa, but this is a wonderful inn that I would like to use again.

I arrived at Sapporo Station in about an hour by taking a pre-booked free shuttle bus.The hotel was very neatly maintained starting from the front door. It looked like it had been recently remodeled. The staff are also very friendly. The lounge provides welcome drinks, beer, mochi, coffee, etc. The meals are also hearty.Drinking a beer while looking at the green mountains after the hot springs really feels like heaven.I want to come back with my mom.

On the wedding anniversary, I suffered from food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea. The room has frozen water for showering in winter. so disappointed.Reception very impolite.Food not fresh. I still remember it was happened in my honeymoon.When we dining in there restaurant. My husband and me were food poisoning.

Use a plan with a day-use room.Lunch is a luxurious set meal. People who eat less may feel like it's a lot, but I think it's enough to satisfy even men.The room was spacious and I was able to relax.I think it would have been better if I could use the room immediately after check-in, but considering the price, I think it would be better if I could use the room a little earlier since it starts from 2pm.

Since the management changed a few years ago, the prices have gone up and up, and it's no longer affordable. The rooms are luxurious, but the food looks just as good as it tastes. The honey buffet also has fewer types of honey and no longer has yogurt. The breakfast venue used to be a place with a nice view of the Toyohira River, but now it's in a place where you can't see the same view as the dinner venue. It is very unfortunate that the service is no longer commensurate with the soaring prices.2024.05Revisit. I got married last month and stayed in a premium room as a wedding gift.I have a seafood allergy (I have a particularly severe allergy to shellfish), so I can't eat Japanese food at all because I have a reaction to even the soup stock, and the inns have a hard time dealing with my allergies, so I can't always eat the food, so I don't like staying at Japanese inns. I didn't like it, but this hotel accommodated my allergies, so I was able to eat without any problems!Also, since he is a foreigner, he provided us with a menu in English (for some reason, mine was also in English lol), and he seemed to be having fun.I was very satisfied with the lounge, which offered beer and honey after taking a bath.He especially liked the hot springs, so much so that even after I went to bed, he would go in by himself.The hot spring in the room was also very relaxing.Japanese inns still have a long way to go to accommodate allergies, and I couldn't eat much rice on the Japanese menu, so I always felt a little sad when I stayed there.I was very satisfied with my stay at this inn! thank you.

The interior is modern and stylish. The room faced the river and had a nice atmosphere. The lounge was open to the public, and depending on the time of day, you could enjoy desserts, soba noodles, and drinks for free. Honey bar? I had been interested in the hotel for a while and happened to have a premium room available, so I decided to stay there.From the entrance, it was like being invited into another world.Since it was a weekday, the hotel was empty and the time was relaxing and quiet.The lounge offers a wide range of services, and the content changes every hour, so you won't get bored.Also, the 1-hour post-bath beer from 5pm, which you can enjoy while watching the scenery and the music playing from the audio system, was very nice. I also appreciate that it's a small mug, so I can adjust the amount I drink.The attached shop wasn't large, but it had a lot of interesting items, like a select shop. I also appreciate that you can reserve Daikokuya Onsen Manju in advance.The public bath was small, but there was nothing lacking.After all, the water is flowing directly from the source (water is added to adjust the temperature), so the concentration is high and I was reminded once again of the goodness of Jozankei.One of the open-air baths is built in a valley, so it can't be helped but there are stairs, which is a bit inconvenient. However, since it was heated, I thought it was a small consideration.The steam bath also had a very soothing wood scent.By the way, all Karan items came with Mirable Plus.The observation bath in the guest room had the same conditions, and it was great to listen to the sound of the river while taking a bath with the window open.Dinner was a Kaiseki meal that valued the sense of the season, and I enjoyed the presentation.I personally liked the seasoning.The alcohol menu was carefully selected and all of the items were delicious.Breakfast was a mini buffet including a set menu, salad, and soup.The hokke that was freshly grilled on a ceramic plate in the morning was delicious.Overall I was very satisfied.I would like to go again! !
