All the staff were so friendly that I couldn't leave a review. They always greeted me brightly, spoke good English even if I didn't speak the language, and were friendly, so I thought it was a good idea to stay overnight. Even though I left late because I misunderstood the check-out time, they didn't say a word or anything. Thank you so much for waiting. I would like to recommend it to people around me.

Friendly staff willing to help with anything and folded small oragami for guests. Clean spacious room with kitchen, laundry, Japanese tub. Travelled with a family of 4 and the location was good near the station. Located about a 10 minute walk and about 700 yen taxi (900 yen to shinkansen side.) Insuite laundry a game changer for those packing light to do small loads overnight (dries in the same machine!) FamilyMart is next door and easy to grab and go on the way out. Check in and out was fast. Kids loved the bunk beds just book them as adults so that the room is setup correctly. Enjoyed our stay and will be returning on a later part of the trip. There is a free shuttle (one way) to Kinkakuji in the morning but you have to book in advance.

I traveled to Japan with my family and stayed here for the first time. I liked it very much. The neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable, and the service staff is very enthusiastic👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great accommodation! The location is excellent with respect to Kyoto Station and bus stations. The room is very good in size, clean and they offer cleaning service depending on the number of days you stay. The staff is very friendly and willing to help foreigners. ✅

Great hotel for a few nights. Located directly across from the Koshoji Temple and a university. You could walk from the train station but I wouldn’t recommend with luggage. Near several izakayas. Wonderful to have a washer/dryer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Spacious room with in-room washing and drying machine, very convenient especially tourists staying for a few days. Complimentary sauna was also great. All staffs were very helpful and friendly.
