A small hotel tucked away in an alley. We walk right by at first and didn't even see it. This hotel is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't have a huge amount of amenities. There's a washer dryer (500 yen total) on first floor with the vending machines. There's a tiny garden out front and that's it. Honestly, if you're in Kyoto you will be out exploring anyway. It's close enough to Gojo subway which is one station away from Kyoto Station. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. Price per night is excellent and affordable. Check out just requires you to put a sign up on your door and put your check out paper into a box the day of at 10:00am.

Smaller rooms but very convenient location and decent pricing. Staff is decent at communication. Pros- location, held luggage for us on checkout day, provided soup for each morning. Cons- so hot in the rooms if someone showered, super small area with bathroom/entry. Does NOT do bag shipping for you (majority of hotels in Japan will ship your bags to your next destination, or you can do it yourself which is difficult with the language barrier), rooms are locked with a code which personally was not safe feeling to me

Nice clean spacious rooms with extra sleeping options. You could probably fit 6 small adults. The shower was unique with a vanity mirror and side spray nozzles as options. Only one stop on the Karasuma line from Kyoto station with the station exit right by the hotel.

Great hotel, down a narrow alley way but hotel itself had a great atmosphere. Room was very nice and spacious, it came with quite a few amenities and food in the fridge.Staff were friendly and it was a good location to move around Kyoto walking towards more central food and shopping areas.

The hotel felt new and clean. If you use force, you will need to set up your own extra bet make. It's conveniently located near the station. Breakfast was free and consisted of two Acorn brand grilled rice balls with pickled vegetables and Pake miso soup, but it was enough. I think the cost performance is good, at just under 4,000 yen per person. However, since the number of outlets is limited, is it necessary to have a USB charger that can charge multiple devices? At this price, I will repeat.
