It's a normal business hotel. I'm glad it's not crowded, but all rooms are non-smoking✕

I was grateful that I was able to use the parking lot even after checking out. The first day was just for transportation, and the second day was for business, so finding a parking spot after checking out was a hassle. It's close to Ibaraki Station and has a lot of foot traffic, but the road is narrow and one-way. Be careful when driving if it is your first time! The rooms are old, but are kept clean. It's convenient that there's a 7-Eleven next door.Since Ritsumeikan University is located here, there are many restaurants near the station. The structure of the hotel is interesting. It's a square-shaped building, and if you look down into the space in the middle, you can see the restaurant's skylight. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the refreshing brightness. I didn't include breakfast because I was fine with the convenience store. It seemed like an old hotel, so I didn't have high expectations when I made the reservation, but after staying there, I liked it.

As a premise, there are no good hotels in Ibaraki. However, this is the best among the hotels in Ibaraki. They have a strong hair dryer, a proper bag in the trash can, a separate place for hand soap, and standard brand shampoos, and they pay much attention to the details compared to the hotels next door. It's an old hotel, so that's to be expected, but if you don't have high expectations, it's not bad as it's close to the station and convenience store. Please note that the Wi-Fi tends to be interrupted and there are some rooms where the curtains cannot be closed no matter how you try. You can solve this problem by removing the ends of the curtains from the rails yourself.

Old business hotel. When you see a smoking room on the same floor as a non-smoking room, you can tell that you are still in the Showa era. Also, I can't watch it because I haven't paid NHK fees. It's quite far from the station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. The restaurant seemed to be open only in the morning, but there were some pretty good looking eateries scattered along the way to the hotel.
