It's located on the opposite side of the downtown area from the station, and at first I thought it would be a pain to walk, but when I saw an advertisement for the Keihan Railway, I thought it was a good place to use as a base for sightseeing. Of course it's quiet at night 😪

Surrounded by highways, train lines, warehouses, everything is dead from 9:00 p.m. Midnight you see the gang of local bikers showing off on the next highway. Once you calm down you can hope to sleep.

Since the Keihan Railway competes with the Hankyu and JR lines in a middle of curves, you can't help but hear the noise of the trains passing by at high speed in a straight line in front of the hotel.I thought so, but even when old vehicles were passing by, there was no noise at all up to the room. (But I think it will be tough on the track side of the new building.)If you live in an old building, you may be concerned about the noise from the road and monorail.There is a Panasonic headquarters nearby, and perhaps because of that, there are many business hotels in this town.It is a valuable APA hotel along the Keihan Line, and there are only a few others between Temmabashi Station and Watanabebashi Station, and one near Gion-Shijo Station, and it has excellent access to the Keihan Line, especially the Neyagawa and Hirakata areas.It is also the only APA hotel that can be accessed from Itami Airport without changing trains using the Osaka Monorail.Moreover, since it is a suburb, it is basically very cheap. It is very good that you can stay at a reasonable price while picking up the low demand along the Keihan and Osaka Monorail lines. (Depending on the reservation status, it may be more expensive than APA hotels in Osaka or Kyoto.)The new building, which opened in 2024, is highly functional with the latest APA Hotel original specifications. (It is functionally similar to Akihabara Suehirocho Station, which opened at the same time.)The downside is that the only store open at night is a convenience store nearby.

About 2 minutes walk from Kadomashi Station.There is a convenience store right next to the station, and there is also Izumiya, McDonald's, and a drug store on the other side of the station.Very good location.I choose from four options for breakfast, but the portions are large. I told her to eat less rice, but there was twice as much rice as I expected.It may be healthy, but there are a lot of side dishes, and to be honest, it's painful.The staff's response is impeccable.There is a microwave on the 2nd floor, but it cannot be accessed by stairs. It's a pain to have to use the elevator every time to get off the 4th floor. There are stairs, but the instructions say they are only for emergencies.The main building used to be the Kadoma Terminal Hotel, and although it has been renovated, the walls are too thin. You can even hear the sounds of people coughing and flushing the toilet. There's nothing I can do about it. . .The shower room has also been renovated, but no matter how hard I try, the foot mats end up soaking wet. The shape of the bathtub is odd.Also, the 50-inch TV is a little too big.postscriptThe air conditioner can't control the temperature, so it's cold when I turn it on and hot when I turn it off. There's probably nothing you can do about it since it's centralized management, but it's better to do something about it.

It was getting dark, so when I tried to close the curtains that had been open, the entire curtain rail fell off. I wondered about the structure, and when I looked closer, I found that it was only held in place by four thin nuts on each end of a thin plasterboard board. I wondered if it wasn't there.It's a good location in terms of conditions. This is my third time using it. It's convenient, but I wish they would pay more attention to safety.

There is a multi-lane elevated structure below the hotel, so I couldn't sleep well due to the noise from the cars. In particular, an ambulance passed by about 4 or 5 times during the night, and I was woken up each time. I thought that even if it was cheap, there was no point in it if I couldn't sleep. It's better to walk because it's near the station. Cars should be careful.You may become a parking refugee.You can get directions at the front desk, but the nearby parking lots fill up quickly, so you end up having to go around parking lots and end up parking across the street from the station, which is about a 5-minute walk away. Company A's reservation site had P, but their own site did not. Of course there will be a charge. If the difference is only a few thousand yen, I might choose something else.It was my first APA, but is it an autobiography? Although it is known, I can read that it is actually there! I stayed in a room facing the highway, but it was so noisy that I thought the window was open.Also, the operating noise that seems to be the outdoor unit keeps getting louder and it's also noisy.I can't sleep well because I can hear it even with earplugs.Rooms on the top floor and east facing are definitely not recommended.

Used for 2 days for business.The room is clean.Breakfast is a set meal and the staff brings it to you, but the rice is soggy.It was soggy both days, so I think I should change the rice cooker.Soundproofing is weak.
