I stayed here for about 9 days. Sound really travelled through the apartments and I was often kept awake at 1am by hearing people walk above or even below. Also when people moved chairs it screeched through the apartments, not nice. As for service we had a cleaner come once for a whole week, I find that should at least be twice a week. And having one fresh set of towels over the spam of nine days I didn’t find plenty either…At 10am you will be woken up by the noise of people getting ready to go above or below you.For one night you may be absolutely fine, cleanliness when we arrived was good and the apartment was as shown in picture.Checking in was easy but we are quite tech savvy, I prefer one person I could speak to at all times.Also keep in mind!! This stay does not provide service to send luggage to airport or receive it from the airport. We made this mistake as our first time in Japan and will definitely look for a hotel that provides this service, struggling with your luggage everywhere is hell.In short: I would not book here againOne pro: you are given laundry detergent and a washing machine.Bathroom has strong running water so shower is pleasant.

This time, since we had a 0-year-old child, we stayed in a family theater room where you could lay out futons on tatami mats.I arrived less than 10 minutes earlier than the check-in time of 15:00, and it was a hot day in July, but there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so I was sweating. I was wondering if I could get my 0-year-old child into a cool room as soon as possible, and I have experienced that most hotels with staff will check the condition of the room and if it has already been cleaned, they will let you into the room. When I checked on the phone in the lobby, a foreign staff member answered and said, ``It's cleaning time, so you can't come in yet,'' as per the manual. However, regarding this, both the website and the reservation confirmation state that check-in is from 3:00 pm, so I thought they might be cleaning until the last minute, so I waited in the scorching hot lobby until 3:00 pm. I did.Did you really clean the room when you entered? It was immediately obvious that there was a lot of dust on the floor, and since I couldn't let my child crawl or crawl, I wiped the floor myself with a floor cleaning sheet that I had purchased in advance at a 100 yen shop. I understand that the hotel cleans with the assumption that people will be walking on the floor in slippers, but even with that in mind, it was still dirty. Also, there were messy towels thrown on the shelf under the separate washbasin. I felt that the rooms were not checked after cleaning.It seems that the owners have replied to other reviews that they will improve the cleaning every time they point out the lack of cleaning, but as of July, there has been no improvement, so I cannot comment. I felt that they were just doing nothing but taking no action.Although a projector was not the purpose of my stay, I did have one in my room and decided to try using it, but the projector was so covered in dust that I was afraid to press the power button.I paid a certain amount for the stay, so I felt like I was missing out on this hotel considering the service and room conditions.

Bad: Is there something wrong with the design of the bathroom and toilet doors? I don't know how many times I bumped into the doors on both sides during my stay for a few days and I couldn't get out. In addition, when the emptying machine checked in, there was no water and the red light was on. It must be that there was no follow-up when the room was picked up, right? The refrigerator is strange. At 3 degrees Celsius, it cannot make ice cubes and water drips inside. At 4 degrees Celsius, everything else freezes. The pillows are also relatively short, so it would be ideal to have more than one for guests to adjust themselves.Good: The projector is compatible with mobile phones, but applications other than YT are basically useless without an account. The staff responded quickly and tied the garbage bag to the door when I returned home at night. The washing machine in the bathroom is very convenient for washing and drying clothes, but the clothes drying rack is rusty in many places. Do I need to replace it?The location is not far from the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station. It will be very convenient if you use JR Pass, especially if you take the Shinkansen frequently, but there is not much excitement around the station.

We had a quadruple room with 4 bunk beds, which leaves space in the room. We were impressed by the overhead projector as a television.The washing machine is useful, you have to dry it on the drying rack on the balcony.Ideal locationGood value for money

Check-in process is just stupid. Extremely bad soundproofing as well. This is definitely not my “second home”. It never will be my home. Yuck.
