I was worried about checking in because it was a one-building hotel, but the phone number listed in the reservation email didn't answer, so I looked it up again and was finally able to get through to the number listed on the website. The name of the store outside the address was different, so I called them because I didn't know where it was, but the person who answered the call said that he had just joined the company and didn't know the name of the store. I didn't know where it was, and I couldn't understand it even if I met him in person, so I wandered around for many minutes in the heat and rain... In the end, I ended up at the first Noren store with a different name. Even after that, I had to wait in the heat because the door wouldn't open, and it was a disaster. The 5 minute walk was a complete lie and I walked quite a bit. I would have liked to see an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person, but I also paid for my 1-year-old child, and the next day I went to a different hotel and only paid for adults. Which of these is correct? I couldn't use the open-air bath because it was visible from the balcony of a neighboring house. The bottom of the bucket was moldy and black and dirty, which was disappointing. I was quite shocked since it was to commemorate my first trip with my mother and my son.

The price is very low, so I didn't expect much. The bedroom and bathtub were very clean as you can see in the photos. I stayed here with my kids, and they were so excited because it was a two-story building! It was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep soundly. The microwave oven and electric kettle were made by BALMUDA, and the equipment was very clean. Highly recommended for traveling with children!

I thought about canceling my trip because of the measures taken to prevent the spread of the virus, but when I contacted the place I was staying, I was told that there would be a cancellation fee. The answer is the same even if you are infected with the coronavirus. I think the infection will spread because of the presence of these inns.Please respond flexibly.This company's receptionist service is terrible.
