1. The boss is very kind and can speak English, making communication easy.2. There is a parking lot right at the door, so you don’t have to worry about running out of parking spaces.3. There is a vending machine at the door.4. The view is great. You can see the beautiful Lake Toya from both 201 and 101 (just the fireworks are a bit far away 😂)Because it is in nature (?), you will see visitors (insects~) in the room. There is insect repellent spray available at the counter.

It’s only a ten-minute drive from Toyako Hot Spring Street, where you can take a hot bath in the bathroom and watch the fireworks show at night. Very cost-effective hotel. Highly recommended hotel.

Amazing hotel with very good value. The rooms are very new and spacious, with a modern look. I was impressed by how large the washroom was (separate areas for toilet, sink, and shower/tub). Most of all there was a wonderful and full view of Lake Toya from above. Managed to see a few fireworks far away in the night. Slightly far away from the main town (only accessible if driving) and recommended to get dinner (and next day’s breakfast) prior to checking in 😁

This place was a pleasant surprise! While the location seems quite remote and the exterior of the building has a stark, prison-like appearance, everything changes once you step inside. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the interior feels completely different from the outside.Upon entering, you’re asked to store your shoes in a locker and wear slippers around the building, adding to the cozy and homely vibe. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, particularly the bathroom. Although there is no on-site restaurant or café, the communal lounge is a nice space for dining, and there are vending machines outside. Unfortunately, during our stay, only one food option was available.The highlight was the lovely view from our room, which overlooked a serene lake. We were even able to catch a glimpse of some fireworks—although they were a bit distant, it added a special touch to our stay. Overall, it was a unique and unexpectedly delightful experience.

You must stay here when you come to Lake Toya. The price is affordable and the scenery is beautiful. However, the nearby area is relatively desolate. It is recommended to buy food and drinks in the city before staying.

It is far from Toyako Station and can be reached in about 20 minutes by taxi. The room is a lake view room, the view is too good, and it is new, I really like the architectural style, the front desk is very friendly and helpful, they communicate in Japanese, but their English is not bad, and there is also a pick-up service. , It's worth noting that there is a public restaurant on the second floor, where free tea and coffee and ice cold water are provided.

Recommended for self-driving people, great scenery, big room, comfortable bed and pillows, big bathroom water, hot water! Dry and wet are separated, and you can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath!It is recommended to go to the farm below for breakfast! Although it is on the first floor, it feels like a semi-underground place because you have to go downstairs, but you can see Lake Toya. The public area on the second floor has a good view and provides 24-hour hot and cold tea, coffee and water. The room is large and well designed, and it is modern. I feel the style. Although it is far away from the hot spring street, it is quite convenient to drive. I like it very much and recommend it. I have to book it as soon as I see a room available. It is a very popular hotel. The only pity is that the bathtub in the room is not by the window.

I stayed in a room on the first floor. The room and bed were quite large and well designed. The scenery outside the window of the room was beautiful (the first photo). I sat by the window of the room and prepared my own breakfast while watching. Having breakfast by the lake was quite enjoyable. You can also go to the second floor to have coffee and tea. The scenery outside the window on the second floor is also good. But be sure to check in at 10 o'clock at the latest.Not all bathrooms in the rooms allow you to take a bath while looking out at the lake view. We thought ours was the same, but ours didn't. Please pay attention to the room type when booking.

The hotel was okay, I liked the area with a kettle and hot coffee. I appreciate the effort the staff gave although they do not clean anything. There was mould in the toilets and the rooms. It could be a concern if you care but I just wanted to warn you. If you don’t care about mould then oh well

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Extremely spacious rooms too. The location is in the middle of nowhere but still v close to both toya town (15min drive) and the main lake area (15 mins)
