If you are registered as a member, check-out is at 11am, so it was nice to be able to take your time.Only the shower curtain had a mildewy smell. Other than that, it's a really nice place.

Same as the previous review. Booked via Agoda b/c of the large public bath. After checking in, they told me my room is across the street. No public bath. This is false advertisement.

Perhaps because I booked early, I was given a room on a high floor, and I was happy to be able to see the sky while lying on the bed.The air conditioner works well, and you can watch unlimited VOD on the mirrored TV. I want to stay in my room all the time without going out (lol)Breakfast and soup were not as good as I expected and the repertoire was a little small, but I was satisfied. It's close to the station, the staff are very pleasant, and overall it's highly rated. Thank you for your help!

If you set the air conditioner to automatic airflow, it will automatically shut down. You can't go wrong with an APA hotel.

I trusted APA, but the response was the worst...First, when I was relaxing in my room, a cockroach came out. I don't like insects, so I took a picture of the cockroach and called the front desk to ask them to do something about it. When I got down to the front desk, there was a male staff member, but he didn't apologize at all and simply said, "Please wait a moment."After a while, a female staff member came to exterminate the cockroaches, but she was too scared of the cockroaches to open the door. About 30 minutes have passed so far.I kept waiting in the lobby and managed to get a change of room, but after waiting another 30 minutes, I wasted over an hour due to the cockroaches.I don't think it's possible for cockroaches to appear, but the male staff member didn't say a single word of apology until the end. I took a bath and went to bed late, so I extended it, but I made sure to pay for the extension. I don't think APA as a whole is terrible, but I can't recommend this place at all.

There is only one elevator, so you always have to wait. There is only one laundry machine and you have to wait. Other than that, it's a normal APA hotel. For consecutive nights, there was no cleaning and only towels were changed, but loungewear, amenities, paper cups, etc. were also included with the towels. That's generous.

If you have to go to the hotel across the street for the public bath and breakfast, please write "None."You can't go to the bathroom in your loungewear.I had to wait so long to check in, I don't know what's so smart about it.The water provided in the room was served with an open cap, and there was a lot of human hair in the bathroom, which made me feel sick.I came back late at night from a meal and when I pulled open the bathroom door, I found this dried human hair in the photo. It came flying out. A scary experience in the middle of the night.I don't know if there is a shortage of manpower due to travel support or a recovery in inbound tourism, but I would like them to do better with cleaning, etc.As a hotel, we are replying to comments and comments. What is the difference between not and not?

I have stayed at various APA hotels across the country, but this one was completely different.I stayed for 3 nights, but I understand that there is no cleaning.*Equipments, towels, etc. did not arrive in the morning.*Apas in other areas give you one bottle of water every day, but when I asked the front desk, they said they only give you one bottle on the first day.Even though I pay the same accommodation fee every day.Only the first day?*Air conditioner smells like half-dried air*The floor smells like feet*All the front desk people seem to be trainees.*It is rare to see cleaning staff entering the elevator elsewhere.
