Both subway stations are within walking distance, which is a bit awkward but still within walking distance. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and friendly. The hotel itself is older but still very clean. The only nitpick is that the chairs are really antique and dirty and should be replaced. Another point is that there is a convenience store opposite, which is very convenient, but you have to give your keys to the counter when entering and exiting. It is a bit inconvenient to give your keys to the counter when you go to a convenience store. Overall, if the price is OK, it is a very cost-effective choice.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The location is easy to find, not far from Hakata Station.I arrived a little before 3pm, so I was only planning to leave my luggage there, but they asked me to go to my room, so I was happy because I was able to take a little break and get to work.I got a hot water pot from the front desk and drank my own coffee in the room. (Contains about 3 cups of hot water)There is a Family Mart in front of the hotel, so it's convenient.I was grateful that there was a shelf with amenity goods in front of the elevator. The smiles and voices of all the staff made me feel very welcome. One thing that bothered me was that there was a fishy smell as soon as I entered the entrance hall. (There are no hallways, elevators, or guest rooms.)

It's convenient because it's not far from Hakata Station and the subway station is nearby. The rooms are a little old, but I have no complaints. Breakfast is a set meal, simple but just right. The on-site parking lot is a little small.

This was about 2 months ago, but I had booked this hotel on the same day before check-in and suffered a broken bone in a traffic accident, so I was unable to stay, so I thought it would be a bad idea to show up without permission, so I decided to cancel in a dilapidated state. I contacted you.(within the same day)They didn't mention anything about the cancellation fee, and when I called and explained my condition with the intention of paying it, the elderly man didn't even bother to ask how I was doing, so he just said, ``Well, I guess I won't be staying there.'' .As the name of the hotel suggests, it was a cold hotel. Was it okay? It's better to be considerate. This is a customer who has already paid the cancellation fee in full. It was a shame that I was treated the same way as the complainers who were taking things down on me.

A very ordinary business hotel. It feels quiet because it's inside from the main street.Nearby is the Hakata Millennium Gate, which was forced to become a tourist attraction. At less than 10,000 yen with breakfast included, it's one of the cheapest options near Hakata Station. The room is surprisingly spacious, but the bed in a normal single room is not that big.The air conditioner works well, so it's not bad even in summer. You can choose Japanese or Western food for breakfast, but it costs 990 yen...The restaurant staff is very responsive.I didn't think the soundproofing in the room was that good, and I stayed there on a weekday, so I didn't have any problems, but it might be a problem if there were noisy guests on weekends.Overall, if you think about it just for sleeping, the cost performance seems to be good.
