I used it for sightseeing and stayed in a twin room. The location was very good, close to the station, and it was very convenient that Tenjin was just one stop away. I was also very grateful that they provided me with one 500ml plastic bottle per day, which made my stay more comfortable.On the other hand, I felt that the cleanliness of the guest rooms needed improvement. When I turned over the futon, I saw many insects like mites, and when I collected them with the roller I had brought with me, I was able to catch about 20 of them from one bed. There was a lot of hair and fallen skin on the other bed.Also, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom ventilation fan, and there was mold in the sink. Additionally, the coffee maker had accumulated dust and needed cleaning before it could be used. We did not ask for cleaning when staying for consecutive nights, but I think we could have had a more comfortable stay if the room had been thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis.The location and service are attractive, so I think this accommodation would be even more satisfying if it was kept well-maintained. I look forward to future improvements.

This hotel is near Hakataza. The location may be a little difficult to find.The hotel is new and comfortable. It's also nice to have a coffee machine and watch YouTube.

The staff at this hotel were very nice, and the room fit the description. The beds were older but still fairly comfortable. The pillows could use improvements, they were smaller beanbag pillows that weren't very comfortable. The checkout time was also earlier than most (10:00 am). The windows in the room were also quite small. I'd give the stay a 3.6/5.

Newly equipped with air purifiers and other equipment. Although the room is not very spacious, there are plenty of coffee machines etc. in the room. The breakfast buffet was mainly Japanese food, and although it wasn't very large, it was very delicious and the next morning after drinking it, it was the best. The smoked mackerel is delicious and highly recommended.

The room was clean and nice, but I ran out of tissues in the room during my stay, so when I went to the front desk to get some, they just gave me 6 with my hands (lol) What should I do with 6? And I can get my hands on it (lol)It was a male staff member.

It was the best accommodation I've stayed in during my trip to Japan so far. I stayed in a semi-double room, and the room was really spacious. If you're traveling alone, be sure to go here. The city tax is 200 yen per night. I stayed for 2 nights and paid 400 yen. We store it for free. It was nice that the hotel staff greeted us kindly when we arrived. They always greeted us brightly when leaving or entering the hotel. The room was really clean. You can take as many amenities as you need from the lobby on the first floor. The location is Tianjin and It's in the middle of Hakata, but it's worth walking around. The location is also great!!!! Highly recommended 😄😄

The hotel is opening in 2021! The location is good, the MRT subway and bus station are very convenient! The price is cheap! Clean and comfortable. There is capsule coffee to drink in the room😍 It is very convenient to have Don Quixote and Matsumoto Kiyoshi nearby!The room is very small, the two-person room is really crowded, the bed is not good to sleep on, and the sound insulation is very poor. If the next door touches the wall, there will be sound in our room, and we can hear it when walking upstairs! But the CP value is high!
