2024/10/5 I couldn't get a hotel 🏨 in Fukuoka city due to the national polity.The bathroom is large. The room is also clean.There are also quite a few restaurants around.Parking lot 🅿️ is free but limited.

If the parking lot is full on a first-come, first-served basis, you will have to park about 10 minutes away on foot, and you will only be contacted after you arrive, which is inconvenient. (Although I had called you about something else the day before.)From the parking lot, I was directed to a pedestrian bridge with a map and explanations that were difficult to understand, but since it was night and there were no street lights, I had no choice but to run across the national highway.There were a few empty parking spaces for staff, and I was told that it was for staff working in the morning, but since they were staff, I wanted them to use a parking lot further away.The room was clean, but the air conditioner was out of order and I was forced to move rooms at 1:30am.At that time, it was very difficult to move the luggage with the sleeping child and the luggage without anyone offering to prepare a cart or help, so I would like them to be more considerate of the customer.When I asked about this when I checked out, I was asked, "Huh? Was it broken?" I was worried because it didn't seem like they had taken over the problem.The water in the toilet is running all night long, and many people may be concerned about the sound. Therefore, since it does not accumulate in the tank, it may be difficult to flush the toilet, so be careful.

I will definitely use this place when I go to visit Munakata Taisha Shrine overnight! I am very satisfied with this service for this price.

This was my first stay since the management company changed and the name changed from Chisun Inn to Comfort Inn.From the point where it got better.Tea has been added to the amenities.There was an extension cord in the room.I got a welcome drink.There were towels for two people in the room.The point where it got worse.The width of each parking lot has become considerably narrower. The door is difficult to open.Accommodation costs have increased considerably.There are no vending machines in the hotel.Free newspapers are no longer available.I don't eat breakfast at Chisun Inn or Comfort because it costs between 800 and 990 yen and it's very poor.If there is a Route Inn or Toyoko Inn nearby, go there. The free breakfast at AZ has gotten better recently, so that might be a good idea as well. But AZ has thin walls.Conclusion.Neither good nor bad.

The room is nice and clean.I can see that the front desk staff and other staff are working hard, but the level of service is not (yet) high.I was confused about the accommodation tax when checking in.No toothbrush in the room (as a result, it's nowhere to be found).There was no explanation of other amenities at check-in.Only one towel set was provided for two people staying.When you clean your room, you won't even have to wipe your feet.When I paid the extra fee with my card and tried to get a receipt, I was told that it would be tomorrow morning.I was planning to stay for two more nights, but I felt like canceling and staying at another hotel.
