It was my first time using it. The room was clean and I felt comfortable. The lobby and garden are large and well kept. The food was authentic and I was surprised! I ate a parfait after the meal, and it was fun to enjoy the resort feeling♪

It was definitely dirty and smelly 🥲I'm curious about whether people respond to reviews or not, but what criteria do they base their responses on? ?

I'm definitely paying money to get high ratings. The room and service are not good at all, smelly and dirty. I will never go there.① The old lady at the front desk has the worst attitude.Nothing was said to me when I checked in, but when I went out about 10 minutes later, for some reason, I was taken aback and asked, ``It's a prepayment system, but have you already settled the bill?'' What is that old hag?② I rented a non-smoking room 305, but it smelled like mold. dirty. There was old dirt in the toilet.③The price would be bearable if it was in a better location, but it's too expensive. This room and service are good for half price.I should have gone to the APA hotel in front of the station instead of being fooled by the photo.④The homepage displayed the price including tax, but the accommodation tax was collected locally. What does tax included...?

I visited from outside the prefecture, but my expectations were not met.If you go with excessive expectations based on previous information or reviews, there is a high chance that you will be disappointed, so please be careful if you are coming from outside the prefecture.I will describe the point that was a microsecond below.*The woman at the front desk, who is in her 30s to 40s, doesn't smile at all and speaks in a polite, rude, or rather expressionless way, giving me the necessary explanations in a matter-of-fact manner, which is scary. In fact, it feels bad.First of all, if you receive that kind of response from the front desk, you will inevitably give a negative score at the time of first impression, saying, ``Oh, I may have made a mistake in choosing the hotel.''Even though the welcome drink server next to the elevator was empty, there was no sign of refilling it, so I was like, "Huh?"I think the front desk and the area around the entrance immediately after entering are important areas that affect the image of the hotel, so if it were a decent facility, it would be strictly managed, but when that is not done at all... (I guess)*General equipment → It is aging and falling apart. The cleanliness is also not very clean, so you can't feel any excitement or unusual feeling (I think there are many people who go to Chapecoco expecting this). The lack of cleanliness made me think, ``I guess I chose the wrong hotel after all...'' hahaI think it can't be helped that some of the equipment is old, but for example, even if there is an elevator with a view outside, the glass has not been cleaned at all, giving it the feel of a run-down hotel. I think a regular elevator where you can't see outside would be better. The parts that could have been covered up to make it look nicer with effort were left untouched, and I got the impression that no such effort was even made.*The room is small and dark. It's cheap. I was also concerned about the smell of cigarettes. Are slots necessary? I'd rather at least install a microwave oven in that space than put a slot that no one else uses. I was very surprised to find that I couldn't find a microwave oven. The wooden floor was also strangely sticky for some reason, and it was so creepy that I hesitated to walk on it barefoot.*Bath → This is a normal bath found in love hotels. Naturally, there was no function to automatically stop the hot water, haha. There was shaving cream for men, but don't you realize that such an everyday item ruins the extraordinary feeling? . There is also a physiological and psychological resistance to using shared items in places like love hotels where it is unclear who touched them and how. I don't think it's necessary as it can be replaced with milky lotion etc.Another thing that was really inconvenient was the lighting. The only option is to turn all lights off or all lights on using the remote control. That's too extreme lolI think being able to fine-tune the brightness is one of the best parts of love hotels, and one of the ways to enjoy it, but you can only turn all the lights off or all the lights on.I would never be able to create a mood by making it a little dark lolThere are no lighted mirrors for makeup, so I think the women staying there would have a hard time applying makeup in the dark.*General staff response → Before you can go out, you must pay at the exit on the second floor, but a deposit will be collected in 1000 yen increments. However, since there was no such explanation at the time of payment, there was a discrepancy from the expected amount and I was confused. It becomes. All it would take is a simple explanation of the deposit, but I wonder why they don't do that. When I pointed it out later, they said in an unfaithful manner that the deposit was in 1,000 yen increments, but I wonder if the word and system of "deposit" would get across to people who stay at love hotels in the first place. Isn't it okay to simply say "as a deposit"? I thought that he was mysteriously proud of himself, and that made me angry and funny at the same time lolAlso, I left something in the car, so can I go get it? I asked the same person the same question, but the response I received was an annoying way of saying it lol.You said things like, "I absolutely have to let one of you stay here," but did you use such strong words like "absolutely" and "no," lol?I was surprised that there was no such common sense even though they were pretentious about the deposit.*The only good thing was that I enjoyed the bingo at the DJ event. If I didn't have this, I think I would only have negative memories lolThank you DJ lol (from Ryo-kun)I've written a lot about this, but I think it's a bit too much for this accommodation fee.If it were a little cheaper (less than 8,000 yen per stay), it wouldn't be a harsh review.I think you will be disappointed if you go with excessive expectations, so I think it would be best if you go there as if you were going to a regular love hotel.I can't comment on the food because I ate it outside. (I was actually looking forward to room service, but at this point my confidence in the hotel was below zero and I was feeling low due to various disappointing factors, so I didn't ask for it.)

F TYPE SUITE Room 616 AccommodationI loved it!The bath, open-air bath, and two rooms are all equipped with TVs. Karaoke is fun.The front desk service is also good. However, it would be even better if you could watch YouTube etc. on TV! It would be nice if you could adjust the lighting in the room. It was too dark. But I would like to go again.

The garden was The Resort, and at night it was very stylish and had a great atmosphere! The young male staff was very responsive, and even though it was a love hotel, the staff were polite and nice. The interior looked like an old hotel. Cleaning is spot on. I was surprised that the bed was bigger than I expected. Unfortunately, the amenities are poor and there is no microwave. Also, it smells like cigarettes. I don't think there's much member service compared to other hotels. I would like to stay overnight because there was no breakfast service or one free food item.

There are almost no loans available lolIt's almost always on loan lol I don't even have a charging cord, so I thought a normal business hotel would be better prepared! However, the rice is very delicious! ! There are many types!Bingo is fun too 😊The quality of the staff is a bit questionable. Different people say different things, and I think they should learn more about the service.Well, I guess it's a part-time job. Also, the attitude of the younger female staff is too bad lolI'm the person who works the day shift and ties my hair.I don't think it's a problem if you almost never have a chance to talk 👍I recommend the food and bingo, but if you're looking for a love hotel nearby, Umi KAI is a good choice 😊

I saw it on Instagram and had wanted to go there for a long time, but I had never been, so I went!It was very beautiful at night and I took a walk in the garden ✨I heard that the food was delicious, so I ordered a hamburger steak. I thought it would take a long time, but I was surprised that it was served sooner than I expected! It was fluffy and delicious🤤I went there on Saturday after 5pm, but most of the rooms were occupied due to its popularity, so I got into an empty room at the right time.I was surprised by the variety of rental costumes, toys such as UNO and Blackbeard, and many other things. The number one love hotel I would like to go to if I have another chance. It's 1!It was great to be able to check the fees and check-in/exit times on the TV screen 😆
