Hakata Station and Canal City are within walking distance. It was nice that there were lots of towels in the bathroom drawer. It's clean and the kitchen has a lot of utensils, so it's nice to have an extra drink in the evening (convenience store across the street)

Great for group travel!! It was spacious, clean, and the most spacious during my trip to Japan. However, the location is about 15 to 20 minutes from the station, but there is no major inconvenience.

Small and tidy, a place just nice to rest and sleep. If you need more space, then this is not the looking you should consider. Surprisingly they have a HUGE bathroom.Disliked · Check-In. The tablet located at the entrance was superbly bad. It's so hard to use, and poor response. End up we have to call to seek help to complete the check-in process. The property owner should replace it with a new unit.

The washlet was broken and never cleaned. There was hair all over the bed and living room. Start by cleaning with the vacuum cleaner provided. It's probably a subcontractor of the Metropolitan Group, but it's too bad.

The location was good, but the facilities (equipment) were a bit lacking. The cleaning was thorough and good.I did have some complaints about the lack of slippers in the bathroom and the bed making noises when I turned over, but considering the location, I was generally satisfied. However, if you compare it to an apartment hotel with good facilities, it is true that it is lacking, so I would give it a 4 out of 5, a 7 out of 10, or a more moderate 8.

Best accommodation! It is very spacious and comfortable with two double beds, and as it is a residence type, there is a lot of freedom to do laundry, bathe, and cook in the accommodation, so I am very satisfied.

The room is super large. The four of us live in two bedrooms and one living room, and each room has bunk beds and double beds. There are a lot of parking lots nearby within a minute's walk, and parking for one night on weekdays only costs 400 yen. Such a value for money room, really great.

Regardless of the location, those who are not used to travelingI'm confused about entering the room. (It's okay once you figure it out, but) What's terrible is that the cleaning is sloppy. Is the carpet just too easy to clean? (My hair was falling down.) Since there were 5 of us staying, we had asked for one futon, but it was full of stains. (The cover has been washed and folded, so it will hold up once you hang it.)The white part of the water server where I inserted the bottle upside down was filled with pride and I was furious. Are the staff members who don't like cleaning doing the cleaning after they leave the room? Cleaning that hotel staff would never do.I don't think I want to use it again.
