2024.10.7The room was spacious and felt like staying in a new studio apartment rather than a hotel. The hotel name has the word "stay" on it, so I guess it's for long-term stays. There is no staff at the front desk (check-in is done unattended using a tablet), so it may be difficult for people who are not used to operating the hotel.I didn't ask for one, so I don't know if they are available for rent, but there are no humidifiers or razors in the room. The only amenities are body towels, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs (with cotton). Is the dryer Saronia? It was.The box for storing the amenities was dirty, so I would like them to be more careful about cleaning it.I didn't know the check-out reservation number, so I contacted them but couldn't get through. The check-out number is the same as the phone number you made the reservation with. It's hard to understand...I think the cost performance is very good. When making reservations, it is better to search on Yahoo Travel rather than Rakuten. The rooms may not be of the same rank, but there is a price difference. There's a 7-Eleven, restaurants, and coin parking nearby, so you'll find everything as it's near the station.About 10 minutes walk to Kokura Station.

Due to the flight schedule, you will arrive early in the morning. There is no problem if you leave your luggage in a corner of the lobby. For entrance entry and tablet check-in, it is a good idea to search the hotel website in advance and receive detailed instructions via email. It is explained in Korean. The rooms are clean and spacious, and simple cooking is possible. The location is awesome.

I like it because it’s close to the station. The rooms are spacious too. This is an unmanned hotel, so make sure you know how to check in.And you have to know the reservation number to open the front door.

Always avoid rooms on the first floor. It's hell. I can't sleep because of the unknown noise.Due to the nature of unmanned hotels, 24-hour consultation is available, but they do not solve problems.

This is a very cost-effective accommodation close to Kokura Station. Cooking is available and there is a coin laundry on the first floor, making it ideal for long-term stays.

1. Advantages: The room is spacious and has rooms for four people, suitable for family travel. The location is a five-minute walk from JR Kokura Station, which is very convenient for shopping. Although the hotel has no parking spaces, there are many paid parking lots nearby.2. Disadvantages:(1) It is an unmanned self-service hotel. This time I encountered a leakage problem from the air conditioner in the room, and no one could provide immediate assistance. Finally, we used the tablet on the first floor to contact the remote customer service staff, and they only asked us to turn up the air conditioner temperature. The air conditioner dripped water all night.(2) The refrigerator makes a lot of noise, so you have to unplug it to eliminate the noise.(3) The sound insulation is extremely poor. I kept hearing footsteps and voices all night long. I thought I was a good sleeper but I couldn't fall asleep all night. We originally booked a two-night stay, but ran away the next morning. Although the hotel room sent an email saying that they would help us change rooms, considering that the sound insulation problem is not a single room but a common problem in the entire hotel, we did not go back to extend our stay. Instead, spend your money to stay in another hotel.Overall, I highly do not recommend this accommodation because there is no staff available to assist immediately if there is a problem, and the sound insulation is extremely poor! Very bad! It was a miserable accommodation experience.

The location is great and the room is really spacious! However, there are many inconveniences as it operates unmanned. First of all, you need to store your luggage in the coin lockers in the accommodation, but there are only a few and they are all full, so you can't use them. I do self check-in and check-out using a tablet, but it doesn't work even when I enter the reservation number;; I put a 0 in front of the reservation number and entered it, and it worked. What kind of absurdity is this? Koreans keep talking to the company in front of their tablets. Haha, but everything was resolved.

The location is great if you are traveling to Kitakyushu. It is 5 minutes away from Kokura Station, providing excellent accessibility to major tourist destinations. The room was clean and the refrigerator was large, which was great for storing food. Towels cannot be replaced, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience as I planned to use them for 4 days and 3 nights. I liked the drying washing machine that cost 600 yen. It was very useful to do laundry during break time as it was done in one go. It was nice that OTT such as YouTube was provided. My children were disappointed when they left the room.

The room is very large compared to the narrow space of Fukuoka. It's unmanned check-in, so there's a lot of work to do yourself and it's hard to connect to the staff in case of an error. Other than that, it's close to the station and the rooms are clean.
