Rooms are very small but its good if you are only staying there for sleeping, I have no complaints. The hotel has a wide variety of amenities, including coffee, tea and juice bars.I strongly recommend coming here if you wanna have a great breakfast. Wide variety of food and dessert first thing in the morning but you can only stay 45-60mins, with an allocated time slot. We are so much that we don't need to eat lunch.

Worst experience in Japan. We had to get out of the elevator corridor, go outside on a ledge to access our room so it was a lot more exposed to outdoor noises, even if on our arrival I asked if the room was quiet, the guy said yes knowing it wasn’t. This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but they don’t reinforce the rules. We had neighbours smoking outside of their room on that landing so all the smoke was coming inside our room. When we went downstairs at the reception counter they didn’t understand because of language barriers and told us to write through Booking app. We did, and never heard back, until two days later this afternoon, after we posted a complaint on the app. There were also insects in our room, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Overall their response was simply that they apologize but we reserved in a “vibrant” neighbourhood and they can’t do anything about not respecting their agreement regarding a non-smoking hotel and violating articles 7 and 11 of their own contract. In other words they are allowed to fine but they won’t compensate in any way.If you want to stay in the red light district, don’t want to sleep, enjoy the smell of cigarettes and like having limited communication or no follow-up when you report a problem, this is your place. One thing for sure, it is wrongly marked as a four stars hotel on Booking.com. It was the most expensive we had after three hotels we booked in Tokyo and Kyoto, but also the smallest and most dirty (15 m2).

My wife and I went on a prenatal trip to Fukuoka. The hotel was ideally located as it was located less than 3 minutes after exiting exit 4 of Nakasu Station and passing the Don Quijote corner. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel is really clean. Even though I stayed there multiple times, it was so clean that they didn't even have to clean it, just changed the towels! You can go to the amenities without any personal hygiene products, and you can choose toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, rinses, body shampoos, towels, and bath products to suit your personal tastes. And the best part is, as the name of the hotel suggests, the breakfast is the best! The ingredients are very fresh and it's as good as restaurants near Fukuoka. It's good. I want to go again because I'm thinking about breakfast. However, the room is a bit small, but it's not a good place to just sleep anyway. The water pressure is really high! The most important staff service! If you're a Korean, be sure to look for {Ishikawa} at the counter!! She was really very kind and very considerate of my pregnant wife, which was nice. I tried to give her a tip, but she couldn't accept it due to hotel regulations. She flatly refused, so I thanked her 10 times. Thanks to you, I ended my trip with good memories of a good accommodation. This is a place I want to stay when I come to Fukuoka again^^!

Room is smallGood breakfast, good locationYou can stay overnight after eating breakfast.Donki, Canal City, Pocha Street, etc. are all within walking distance. It's in the middle of Fukuoka's largest entertainment district, Nakasu, so it's noisy until dawn. The worst location for those who like quiet and seclusion

Within 5 minutes walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station. It's in a great location, near Don Quijote and 7-Eleven, and there are many bars. The specialty breakfast was delicious, and the late night snack service was also delicious. You can also choose from shampoo bars and bath salts, which is great. I want to stay again.
