I have used it several times because the location is convenient, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated.I'm sure it's a difficult time for businesses due to staff shortages, but as someone who pays to have a fun time, it's a sad situation.When will the VOD disconnection be fixed?The number of broken bath faucets in every room is increasing, and there are some rooms where hot water doesn't come out properly.I think it would be difficult to repair the above two points because they are infrastructure facilities, but I think it would be quite difficult to leave them unattended.Also, it's really unfortunate that there are some staff members (officer-like people) who get angry no matter what you say. Kana makes me feel sick. There are a lot of staff members who are very nice, so it stands out.I'm hoping for improvements since it seems to be affiliated with a famous company group, but I'll submit my complaint with the assumption of support m(__)m

There's no cable, my phone charger is broken, the TV turns off immediately, and my body feels itchy while I'm sleeping.Are you sure you change your bed sheets? ?

The TV turns off by itself.Please be careful if you use this hotel.I called the front desk, but they said something incomprehensible, like they wouldn't be available today.*No notes etc.I can't use the TV, but I'll take the money.I was guided.I will never use it again.

I checked in around 0:00 on July 28th, and as it was my first time using the room, I tried to get a welcome drink after entering, but was warned by a female receptionist. Although it was good to receive attention, his tone and language were the worst. Even though I was a paying customer, there was no reason for me to get mad at a brat who couldn't control her anger. I highly recommend that you don't go there either. I will never go again. The room wasn't very clean either.

Are you cleaning? There were about 5 long and short hairs on the bathroom floor and it was disgusting. I guess I don't even flush it.

I stayed in room 702 on March 28th.It has functions such as bath bubble jet, but it sometimes starts up if you press it multiple times.Toilet: The remote control for the shower toilet didn't turn off even when I pressed the (off) button, even though the battery wasn't dead, so I had to unplug it from the outlet. Please check the water system operation.It was my first time using this type of hotel, so I tried to get a welcome drink after entering the room, but I couldn't. When I asked the hotel front desk if I could have a drink, I wish they would have explained that it is not possible to get a drink after entering the hotel.I am satisfied with the room, etc., but I feel that the hotel front staff is very unfriendly.I hope that there will be an improvement the next time I use it.

large roomIt was very comfortable and had plenty of amenities and services.Service time is long ◎The jacuzzi in the bath was unresponsive, but personally it didn't bother me.However, I didn't really know what to do after entering the entrance, and I was confused until I realized that I could select my room using the large touch panel.

I paid 14,000 yen and the quality of the room was good.However, the cleaning was not done properly.There was dirt and hair in the bathtub as well.What surprised me the most was the blood on the bed sheets, which was horrifying.I don't think the staff and service are top notch.I will never go to this hotel again.

The rooms are as good as the Palm, and the price range is lower than the Palm. I'm okay with the lack of karaoke songs.Why does the VOD system force close immediately even though it is so easy to use?I've stayed in several top-class rooms, but they're all the same and I've never been able to watch a video to the end. It's really a waste.

I've been going there with him every time since I got to know him.Not only are the prices reasonable, but the rooms and baths are also larger than other hotels.There's an air purifier, microwave, and refrigerator in the room, but other hotels already have beer and drinks in them, but I only drink water, so I always use them.The cleanliness is perfect, and this is a hotel I would like to visit again.
