Please be careful as some people in this review write in a way that gives a misleading impression of how to pay for the hotel bill.By the time I realized I had canceled my reservation, it was too late. Double the room rate..., that's all I can say about it lol

This was my first time using a capsule hotel and it was good. 10 minutes away from Hakata Station.Since it is self-check-in and self-check-out, there is no need to encounter staff throughout the use.The assigned locker contains daily clothes, slippers, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, and 3 towels.Except for the lounge area, all male and female facilities are separated. It is divided into two areas: a large sleeping area/locker storage area and a washing area, so it was inconvenient to go back and forth at first, but it seems okay because you can organize your luggage and wash up at any time (the sleeping area is really like a sleeping room where you only sleep). The capsule where I sleep had only one USB port and C pin at the bedside, so it was a shame that I could only charge it.During peak season, there seems to be not enough space in the lounge or washing area. The lounge is also very quiet. It has the atmosphere of a reading room. If there are too many people, it smells due to lack of ventilation.

This place sucks and is awesome at the same time. Let me explain.Check in and a lot of other things are automated. Who needs human interaction when you can have peek performance? It's convenient so let's say it's a plus for now. Your beds get cleaned from 10am to 14 so you need to leave during these times. Somehow your locker is also not useable during this time. Idk why. This is what makes this part feel like you are in jail. Like not really but can I please use my locker? Why not? Also why can I not opt out of the cleaning? What if I'm tired and need to sleep in? Also the bed is tiny. Like I love capsule hotels and small spaces. But it's just too small. I'm 174. The blanket goes from my feet to chest. It's just not made for comfort. It's easy to clean I guess. Comes in handy when you clean em everyday ... I wish I could sleep in comfort instead. The lights of every bed are on per default. You got a cover for you bed but it covers only 90 percent. The sides let in light and there is a lot. The bed lights and the room itself. Idk why they want so much light.Last the pillow is garbage. Like I really care about pillows and go with simple is best. Everyone has different sleeping postures and preferences and this pillow is just good for sleeping on your back. Which makes you the most likely to snore. Combine that with like 50 people in one room who all travel... Yeah not a good idea. The lounge is amazing. It's the reason I booked this place. I saw it and though that it's perfect to get some work done at the end of the day or just chill at the balcony. It is true but somehow it creates this atmosphere where no one talks to each other. Everyone is keeping to themselves. Which might be what you want. When I go to a hostel I love the interactions and friendships that develop from it.So if you want a no human interaction place to work and sleep in the conditions described earlier, then this is the place for you! You might not care about the negatives. This place is clean and it's efficient with an amazing balcony and lounge. But know that you can't arrive earlier and go to the lounge. Neither can you stay at the lounge after check out. There is just no humanity in this place. It's good but it sucks at the same time. Because of the bed I definitely won't come back though. Such bad sleep ... just shut down the lights and buy new simple pillows that make people sleep on their side. It's easy and those pillows definitely cost less than the poop that they bought. These pillows are just bad in every way.

I personally go to and from Hakata Station every day when I come to Fukuoka, so I just need the location of this hotel. I don't have high requirements for service facilities. Being able to take a shower and sleep is enough, so I have no other complaints about this hotel. If the problem were to be pointed out, it would probably lie with the other tenants. On Google Maps and other Internet platforms, people from other countries often accuse mainland Chinese tourists of being unqualified. I'm not here to provide solutions for my compatriots, but after my 5-night stay, I discovered that "low quality" is a global problem. For example, someone was posting English videos at around 11pm, and someone was disassembling Gunpla parts at around 6am. I took a few glances, and it was obvious that both of them were Caucasian.I don’t want to trace the origins of these two people from which country, I just want to remind everyone: ① When staying in a place like this, everyone should take care of themselves; ② When encountering this kind of situation, either wear earplugs yourself or strictly demand He stopped.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. At this price, other hotels and inns are getting expensive, so I was grateful for the low price. The inside of the hotel was clean, and the inside of the capsule was also clean. The mats on the floor were just the right amount of hardness. It was comfortable to sleep, but it was difficult to fall asleep as some people around me were talking and snoring in their sleep. Therefore, it might be better to have earplugs.Amenities include: bath towel, towel, foot mat, room wear, toothbrush, and toothpaste. It was in my handbag and in my locker.Indoor clothes are fine for people who are slimmer, but I didn't have a lot of room and it was stressful, so I changed into a T-shirt that I had brought with me.The shower room was also clean. However, I was concerned that the hair from the person who used it last time had accumulated in the drain, so I cleaned it up and used it. There's a lounge, so everyone had their breakfast there, and it seemed like they were buying it at a nearby convenience store and taking it away. I had a good experience, and I'm wondering if I can stay overnight. To check in, tap the Q code that will be sent to you, tap check in one by one, take a photo of your face, authenticate, and the card key for your room will come out. You will then have to hold your card key against the door to enter. There are also vending machines, but they are cashless. Please note that only VISA cards are accepted.

Check-in for groups is troublesome, but the staff handles it immediately, so check-in goes smoothly. Credit cards are required for hotel payment and vending machines. There is no cash service. The location is very good, very close to the station, and there are many supermarkets and izakayas nearby. Men and women are separated in the hotel. Everyone has a locker. It also comes with towels, toothbrushes and pajamas, which is very convenient. The public bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hair dryer is very easy to use. The space in your own capsule is large and there is no feeling of oppression. The brightness of the lights can be adjusted. , very friendly to people who are afraid of the dark.

Best capsule hotel I stayed for the first time traveling in Japan. The room is modern and clean. There are many Korean and Hong Kong people staying. When I checked in, if you booked from Agoda or Trip.com etc., please notice to your email that the hotel had send the booking number to you (I just realized after staying one night). Too bad is the kiosk will charge JPY200 for the tax, so I have to pay more for one night. Staff can speak English very well.Location: close to JR station and bus stop nearbyThe room is very quiet since no one having their luggage inside room, the luggage must store at another floor. The locker is big enough for 25 inch baggage. Toilet and bathroom are separated and it provided hairdryer, pyjamas and indoor slippers. It is great value, I booked the room with cheap price. Breakfast is cooperated with comecome burger nearby the capsule hotel.

I gave a high rating because I compared it to other capsule hotels, not to ordinary hotels. The check-in system is a little complicated. But after that Inside I consider it very excellent. For a capsule hotel, the bedroom is good, the bathroom is good, and the lockers are good.
