We took a room on the second grade from the top.I used it during the Obon period and it cost 16,000 yen per night. The lighting is dark overall...the bathroom is especially dark. It's good in terms of creating a good atmosphere!Unfortunately, the area under the toilet seat had not been cleaned and there was dried urine all over the place, which turned yellow.Other cleaning conditions were good.It would have been 4 stars if the toilet was clean! It would be 5 stars if they had a wide variety of shampoos.I would be happy if the staff saw this review.

It was a normal hotel, for better or for worse. There was no dedicated elevator for going up and going down.

It's the nicest in the area, but I wish the price was a little lower. Has it changed now since you came two years ago?

Customer service is the worst. Even if the interior is beautiful, if the customer service is terrible, I won't want to come again. I was just talking briefly in the hallway when I left, but I was surprised when he suddenly said, "Are you cancelling? If you're going to come in, please don't talk." My friend and I were separated into two groups and each of us went into a separate room, but when I called the front desk to ask for the door to be opened to hand over something, they said, ``Please pay before you leave. Handing over items is prohibited.I have a complaint.'' Then get out!'' he suddenly yelled. The moment they realized that I was younger than them, there was no honorific language. Also, when I asked to get the shampoo from the front desk just once, they said no. The salary you are paid is the price of working, so work.
