It was my first trip to Dazaifu, but the staff thoroughly taught me about the history and highlights of the town and buildings, and I had a great time. The room was a good combination of old and new, and was comfortable, and we enjoyed the food, which was made with seasonal ingredients. I would like to come again in a different season.

There is no better hotel to feel the travel spirit. In addition to the excellent location, just 10 steps from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, the accommodation building has been designated as an important building in Dazaifu City that tells the story of the temple town, the hotel's unique experiential plan, and the staff who will assist you during your trip, everything is special. The memories you leave behind will be of a higher quality. If you're planning to stay overnight, we recommend the main building on a side street rather than Buildings 2 and 3, which are adjacent to the prefectural highway.

A meticulously designed hotel. We had a very enjoyable and tranquil stay (Room 103). The moment we stepped into the room we were greeted by the calming scent of the wood, followed by an impressive French style dinner in the main hall.Breakfast was served in a room with view of the garden.Staff was very nice and attentive.

We used this hotel for sightseeing in Dazaifu. It was an important building and had a lot of history. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, and you can register there.I stayed in a room at the back of the restaurant. It's a very beautiful and comfortable space. It's near Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, so it's a great place to go for morning worship. All the staff members were polite and seemed to have a sophisticated approach. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, using plenty of locally sourced ingredients.

Be careful when making a reservation. Room 20* is a separate building located 2 minutes away. It's next to a road with lots of cars, so I woke up countless times at night because of the noise. Everything else was good, but the room in number 200 is definitely not recommended. In particular, do not make a reservation even if it is listed at half price of 201 or 202. There is no explanation on the reservation site. The staff was friendly and everything was great, but sleeping in room 201 was hell. What's even worse is that there was no explanation before booking. And since it is a separate building without a reception, if you open the door with the key from the street, you are right in the room. It looks dangerous.
