The accommodation is very friendly. Although I can't communicate in English, the housing platform responds quickly. We booked a hotel room and two meals, but when we returned to the hotel from Sanrio Land, it was almost 8 o'clock. The restaurant was closed, but the meals were ready and waiting for us. The wagyu beef was very delicious! The family bath is also great, a very interesting experienceThe breakfast is also very rich.

I have visited many inns, but this is the first time I have had such an unpleasant experience. There are so many things that I can't write about, but I would like to write about the things that particularly impressed me.First, let's talk about meal times. When I checked in using the multiple-choice method, I requested a time of 6:00 p.m., but at 7:30 p.m., a staff member suddenly entered the private room and said, "It's not finished yet, even though I wasn't told the end time of the meal." "Isn't it? It's until 8pm, so I'd like to clean it up." I hadn't been told that the meal would be served until 8:00 p.m., and there was still food left, as well as the alcohol I'd just ordered, so I was just stunned.I felt very bad about this incident, so I quickly gave up and went to the public bath, but I was very surprised when an elderly woman who looked like the landlady suddenly came into the bath right after I took a bath. I think there are cases where employees of privately run inns take baths after business hours, but it is still after 8:00 p.m., and at the time when guests are expected to take baths. It's impossible for an employee to take a bath openly, and even though they made eye contact with me, they didn't even say hello to me, so seeing them taking a bath so openly made me feel refreshed. Also, when I checked out the next morning, I was told that I would have to pay in cash for both the accommodation and additional charges for meals. When I made the reservation online, I did not check for such information and I told them that, but I was adamant that it was clearly stated on the reservation site. I checked the site on the spot but couldn't find it, and when I asked where it was published, the only answer I got was "It's written properly." I didn't have enough cash and couldn't find the answer, so I ended up spending 15 minutes trying to find it. I walked to the ATM at a convenience store and withdrew cash to pay, but now that I think about it, I was made to feel a lot of discomfort, so I guess there was no need to go that far and pay. That's what I think.I stayed there in 2021, but it was such a horrible inn that I still feel bad when I think about it, so I decided to post a review so that more people don't have the same experience. did. Even writing this review makes me feel bad again and is somewhat traumatized. .

The quality of the spring water and the staff were good☺️The dead skin on my rough heels became smooth even though I didn't even rub them! !This surprised me and made me happy! The water is a little slippery, giving you the feeling of being in a hot spring! It was very good. The temperature of the hot water was just right, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-organized.The staff were also polite and very nice ☺️The food was mediocre or mediocre. The quality of the sashimi is a bit disappointing💦 The room is clean but not luxurious. The restroom was new and clean, so I felt comfortable using it.However, if you are looking for a hot spring treatment, I think you will definitely be satisfied.

I stopped by to take a bath, but there was no one in the bath, so I asked a customer nearby and was told that there was a reception area in a separate building. When I went to the front desk, an elderly woman came out, and when I told her that I wanted to stop by and use the hot springs, but that it was my first time and I didn't know, she replied, ``We're monitoring you with a camera,'' without a smile on her face, and she responded brusquely. You weren't trying to get in without paying, but you were trying to get in for free, right? I got a bad impression that it was like that.

This is a day trip bath. The parking lot is on the opposite side of the building. The reception is in the yellow inn building.Family bath use for 2 people per room 50 minutes ¥2000``We're also keeping track of time here,'' he said mysteriously. The response from the woman at the reception was extremely unpleasant. why? Moreover, the instructions are difficult to understand. The bath is on the opposite side of the inn.The toilet is only in front of the women's bath. The bath isThe water flows directly from the source, giving it a smooth, smooth texture. It smells slightly of sulfur. The stone under the bathtub hurt when I walked on it, and it hurt when I bumped my toe in the middle of my foot. Also, there were tiny insects all over the window frame. The quality of the water wasn't bad, but the customer service and bath design were a little negative, so I gave it three stars.
