When deciding which hotel to choose during a trip with a large family, many reviews said that unlike Osaka, Fukuoka was unmanned and not properly cleaned. This hotel was chosen after carefully reading Google reviews and Booking.com reviews. Six people stayed in a very large room with eight double beds. Another family stayed in a room with two double beds, and I highly recommend it.First of all, Hakata Station is a 10-minute walk. You can walk to Nakasu Don Quijote in 15 minutes, Canal City in 10 minutes, and Tenjin in 30 minutes, but it was raining so we took a taxi. It costs about 15,000 won.Accessibility is very good. It is located within a walking distance for children. A convenience store, Mori Supermarket, and various restaurants are nearby. The hotel is really clean, but they only give you one towel per room and you have to use one depending on how many nights you stay. So I took off one star. You can wash it in the washing machine, but it was difficult to dry it because there was no drying rack or dryer. I recommend buying a clothesline at Daiso and using it. Still, if I come to Fukuoka again, I plan to hang it here again.I hope this was helpful. Have a happy trip.^^

My family of five stayed in a 10-person room on the third floor. The room has 4 W beds.It was a very spacious room with two S beds. The TV is big, and you can use Netflix such as Amapura if you have an account. It's located in the center of Hakata, so you can access it anywhere, but it's even more convenient if you have a bicycle. There are drug stores and convenience stores within 5 minutes. There is also plenty of parking nearby. There is a ramen shop "Issei" nearby,There is also an acai bowl on the other side of the street.Motsunabe shop is also right there.Royal Host is also nearby. However, although the unit bath is new, cleaning is a little slow. but,The key is also an auto-lock numeric keypad type, so it's easy to go out for a while. The woman at the reception when checking out was also beautiful.

I asked for a quiet room on a higher floor but instead was given the noisiest mid floor. With the room 401 stomping and banging on top of my room, I could not rest at all. …

An unpleasant and disturbing experience! Requested for a quiet room on a higher floor but was deliberately given the noisiest room in the middle floor where the room upstairs 401 was stomping and banging around! Couldn’t rest the entire stay! It was a nightmare! The staff Taisei rebuked me for asking for a quiet room! Downright mean and nasty! Never again! Disgusting experience!EricRoom 301.

I have been a very regular guest of this Grand Base Chains of Hotel but I seriously don’t recommend staying here! Taisei has serious anger management issues. Some of the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Everyone except this particularly rude, belligerent and unprofessionally hostile employee called TAISEI. He would send me shrill and condescending messages in rebuttal even for my simplest of request. I DO NOT REQUEST ANYTHING FROM HIM BECAUSE HIS RESPONSE WILL ALWAYS BE NEGATIVE. A RESOUNDING NO.Taisei is extremely unaccommodating, unprofessionally disrespectful and incompetent. I was disrespected by him numerous times. It seems he has serious anger management problems.Taisei is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and a liability to any hospitality business! No amount of going back to the drawing board of hospitality school can assist him.

The room is large and clean. It has a kitchen, bathtub and washing machine. The suitcase can be unfolded at any time without taking up any space. It is very close to the bus station. It is very convenient to go anywhere by bus. Highly recommended~~ I will still choose to stay here next time I have the opportunity to go to Fukuoka. !!

Very nice for this kind of hotel.I don't think I'll get much chance to use it because I usually stay alone, but it's great if you're staying with two people.

Best for families. The room is not spacious, but the kitchen and bathroom are comfortable.
