It was last year when I travelling with my friends , I stayed at 8th floor and my other friends stay at 5th floor . I don’t remember the room number but we stay there for 2 night and my friend room at 5th floor was seem to be haunted. The first night , both me and my friend come back around 4 am and we slept in our own room , we drink but we were not drunk at all . She told me that she heard footsteps back and forward constantly beside the bed and also in the morning the TV was opened . We checked in at 11 night and we went to clubbing and we back at 4 am and basically we didn’t touch anything inside hotel yet , there is no way that TV have to open ( TV can be that the hotel set a timer to open TV in the morning ? ) .The second night , she told me and I couldn’t trust either , we both thought it’s is because she is tipsy from alcohol. So I slept together with her at her room , even though I have my own room . And I did hear the steps too until we couldn’t stand anymore so we move to my room at 8th floor and the next day we pack things quick and check out . I was planning to write about that since that time but I forgot . Finally I gotta write .The staff were unfriendly as well . No smile on their face , no welcoming . Trick to open the door is put the key and turn clockwise and push hard it will open - we was struggling to open the door in the beginning 🥹.

There was a bus nearby, but if you want to use the subway, Watanabe-dori Station is closer, but it's a bit of a walk. Many of the staff members were from overseas, and when I found it difficult to say their names, I couldn't repeat them properly, so I had to repeat them several times. The room had the atmosphere of a Showa era business hotel, but I think it was kept clean. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.

After checking in, on the way to the elevator hall to go to the guest rooms on the upper floor, there are several entrance doors of other corporate offices that, for some reason, don't seem to have any surnames related to the hotel. It's kind of strange. The key to the guest room is a cylinder lock. The windows are small and have frosted glass. The table is short in depth. There are no table lights, and the lighting is rather low, making it feel a little dim.The chair has no backrest. The refrigerator cools down well. The air conditioner works well too.It can be used as both a bathtub and washroom.Since the faucet was not a mixer faucet (independent hot/cold faucet), adjusting the temperature was very troublesome. No handrails around the bathtub. There are no ice machines on each floor. You can get it if you ask at the front desk.

The room is not soundproofed. I can hear the snoring next door, and I can hear people talking in the hallway. People who don't care won't do it, but you can hear it. Customer service is the worst at some front desks. When I got back from going out, I told them my room number because I wanted to get the keys, but they didn't say anything, like please wait. After checking out, when I came to pick up something I had left behind, the same employee was unfriendly. I thought the location was good because it had good access to everywhere, and there were supermarkets and restaurants, but I was very disappointed in the behavior of one male staff member.Other than that, I think it's worth the price.

If you are staying near Tenjin, I think this is an option. The hotel is located on the left after entering Nisseki-dori from the Watanabe-dori intersection for about 200 meters, and is located between "FBS Fukuoka Broadcasting" and "FM Fukuoka". The hotel's private parking lot is located behind the hotel and can park about 6 cars. The price is 1500 yen/night. However, the back street is a one-way street, so to enter the parking lot, you will need to pass through the hotel on Watanabe Street, turn left, and then immediately take the back street to the back of the hotel. The room we stayed in was a four-person room with two twin beds. The window in the room is small and you can't see outside. In addition, the bathroom was filled with a sweaty odor (at the level of room-drying), which was unpleasant. This time I used the plan that includes breakfast, but if you pay separately it costs 1300 yen/person. There is a decent variety of food for the fee, but it is a little better than the free breakfast at major business hotels.

I used it during my trip to Fukuoka. I think the nearest stations are Tenjin-minami Station and Yakuin Station, but they are not that close. …
