When I stayed at this hotel, my room was on the 10th floor, and I was surprised that the windows could be opened firmly. When I entered the room and my child was looking out of the room, I momentarily leaned against the window and opened it slightly. If I had put a little more weight on it, it would have fallen off. It was also bad that they didn't check to see if the door was locked, but I wish they would check to see if it was locked properly even after cleaning. Also, there are locks on both sides, but the one on the left closes, but the other doesn't...I called the front desk to ask if there was a double lock on the lock or if I was doing something wrong. I checked to see if both doors would close, but was told that some of the doors had broken locks. As expected, it is dangerous because of the number of floors, so if it is broken, I think it should be fixed as soon as possible. Also, since the number of floors is multiple, I would like to see safety fences or a system that prevents windows from opening except in emergencies. No matter how cheap it is and how helpful the staff are, I don't feel like staying there anymore when my kids are young. There's no point in losing your life, so I never thought it would be like this. I hope Hotel AZ will make improvements as soon as possible before an accident occurs.

I used it on a business trip this time.The employees were polite and nice, and it was nice that breakfast was included.I was disappointed that the name was the same every morning❢It would have been great if the breakfast name changed daily❢There were two supermarkets nearby and both were open 24 hours.I thought the supermarket near the hotel was a little cheaper.We also have a buffet at night.I think being close to the station is the best.

2024.09.20I visited during a motorcycle trip to Japan.It was really difficult to find accommodation.Fortunately, the friendly staffI paid right away because there was only one smoking room left.There may be a smell in the roomThey even brought deodorant.Spacious parking lot and breakfastWhile traveling in Kyushu, I only found AZ Hotels.I'm going aroundReally good value for money

From the time I arrived at the reception, I was treated with great care and kindness.This time, I was a single occupier, but there was no space available so I stayed in a twin room, but it was a stable AZ space.It's beautiful and comfortable.It's also good that there are multiple elevators (two here), which reduces the wait time.There is a spacious parking lot and breakfast is free.thank you very much!

There is a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the station. There is also an izakaya. I think it's cost-effective and perfect for work or sightseeing in Itoshima.
