Zonk has many branches in Hakata. You need to know which room you want to book. You need to use a tablet to check in. The tablet happened to be broken on the day of check-in. You need to call the service staff to check in. If you encounter any problems during the process, you can only check in. You can solve it yourself, but fortunately the service staff can also communicate in English~

The moment I entered the room, the smell was unpleasant and I think it was probably coming from the ducts coming from the nearby restaurants. As a result, the smoke and smell from the restaurant next door filled the room, making my eyes sting, and my child crying in fear of a fire.When I contacted customer support, they told me, ``There's a restaurant next door, so we can't help it, so please close the windows.'' But the windows weren't open from the beginning. However, as soon as I told him about it, he immediately directed me to a related hotel nearby. The response was quick and I was grateful for that.In addition, there was a slimy mold smell on the bathroom wall, the TV remote was dirty, the inside of the cup, the kettle, and the top of the refrigerator were covered in dust, and I couldn't sleep well because I could hear the conversations and footsteps next door.I won't stay again.

Stayed here for New Year's with 2 adults and 2 elementary school students.It's expensive everywhere during the New Year, but I was able to stay for 8000 yen because I booked on the same day 😂 It's cheap 👍It was difficult to enter various information on the tablet at check-in, but the double lock passcode security system made my stay very safe. The bunk beds are spacious and the room is relatively spacious, making the kids very happy. Family rates are expensive everywhere, so if you want to stay cheap without meals, I highly recommend it! ! I could hear voices from the hallway, but as long as it was inside the morale, there was no gap between the doors, so it didn't bother me at all.There's nothing special about the service.

The sounds of other guests opening and closing doors were so loud that I couldn't sleep. I was able to access the Wi-Fi sign-in site, but when I entered the password there, it said the password was incorrect and I couldn't connect. worstI won't stay again

It was stylish! We used it as a family, and the kids were happy with the bunk beds.Unfortunately, the guest next door happened to be noisy until midnight, so it was noisy.You can walk to Canal City and enjoy the food stalls!When I got out from under the bunk bed, I hit my head and it started bleeding. My wife also hit her head. I would like to see countermeasures such as protecting the corners with cushions.
