Everything is just a short walk away, and there are rental cars and bicycles nearby, so it was nice.

It's a very clean and stylish room.There is also a kitchen and washing machine, so it would be nice to stay for multiple nights.The canal is right there, and there are countless restaurants around, so it's not an inconvenience.However, it is quiet and secure, so you can use it with confidence.I would definitely stay there again.

I visited on September 19th after the Chuseok holiday.When I couldn't even enter the password to the first floor entrance of the accommodation with my companions who didn't speak Japanese well, the person next to me asked me in English where I made the reservation, and I answered Agoda. Then he said “Oh, Agoda is crazy” and kindly taught me how to open the door. Next, as I was struggling at the check-in pad, he was surprised that I still couldn't get in. He showed me how to make a video call and said again, "Agoda is really crazy," so I couldn't help but laugh. Thanks to him, I was able to check in normally. I am grateful to him.Overall, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but there were a few inconveniences.1. As in other previous reviews, the elevator is so small (up to 200kg) that 3 healthy adult men cannot ride it, and the speed is so slow that it is faster to walk up.2. The fact that the toilet and bathroom are separate. 3. There is a rod installed at the top of the bathtub, so a tall person (over 185cm) standing in the shower may be able to reach it.4. It was disappointing that even though there were various tableware such as spoons and glasses, they still had a strange smell even after washing them with detergent.The location is about halfway between Tenjin and Hakata, so it seems a bit close to Kushida Jinja-mae Station. It is close to Canal City, Sumiyoshi Shrine, Nakasu Food Street, etc.We had fun for 3 nights and 4 days. thank you

Although most of them are small alleys, there are quite a few paid parking lots.The kitchen utensils are quite satisfactory, but the frying pan is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one.Before the trip, both the internal communication on the platform and the official website email communication in English were smooth and flawless.The tablet you check in has multiple languages to choose from, and the interface is fine. You will be connected to the hotel’s customer service to confirm your passport. If you choose Traditional Chinese, the customer service can speak Chinese, so it is very convenient to use!Currently, the Fukuoka City Government will start collecting accommodation tax on 2020/04/01. It is not required for elementary school students and below. For adults, it is 200 yen per day (accommodation fee does not exceed 20,000 yen). Nice, clean, comfy!
The facilities are great but not very well equipped, Eg, washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes to dry. Stove but barely any utensils for cooking, Eg, no wooden spoon, spatula, etc. Similar to how many Airbnbs are. Still, it was a great place to stay!
