The room is really small ~ but it has a bathtub + a common space for resting + super delicious free-flow coffee and latte! There are also men's and women's soups. The attitude of the service staff is very good👍❤️

The room is already small enough, and there is an extremely dirty sofa! Also, the air conditioner was really noisy. I couldn't sleep all night. I don't recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and the futon was super comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, but no stick coffee etc. It seems like you can get coffee from the lounge on the second floor. Breakfast is just bread and drinks. It's better not to expect much from breakfast. The receptionist's response was good. Convenience is good as it is close to Hakata Station Chikushi Exit.

The location and room design were very good, but the cleanliness was poor. The floor was wet even though I hadn't used the bathroom yet, and many hairs were stuck in the bathroom curtain even before I used the bathroom. Also, when I paid on-site, the price was about 2,000 yen higher than the price at the time of reservation, but there was no explanation.

I stayed there for four nights. My room was okay, with all the basic amenities. However, I had trouble using the washing machine (even complying with the instructions), and I tried to seek help from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all (one reason is that he doesn't speak English, and the other is that I feel more familiar with the machine than he does). As a result of this unprofessional service, I ended up with paying twice for laundry. That was the most terrible hotel experience I've ever had. Something is wrong with the hotel's staff education. If you are an international traveler, think twice before booking a room at the hotel.
