Stayed 1 night here (impromptu) and the impression was quite good, KM Luas provided towels + shampoo soap, so don't forget to bring your own toothpaste + toothbrush. The room has a minimalist feel and the room is also clean, minus the toilet flush is a bit jammed, the rest is really OK and worth the price,The water quality is good and the water is refreshing, one of the important points for me when staying at a hotel.Will stay here again if I go to Karawaci. Keep up the good work!

The residence is very neat and clean according to the unit description.Stayed quite a long time but was very disturbed by noise from outside the room/other guests hanging out in the room hallways.In the future, hopefully it will be better to add a "don't make noise" sign to maintain comfort among other residents. Thank You

The location is okay at Permata Lippo Karawaci, the place is relatively clean and the prices are relatively cheapThere are lots of cheap breakfasts around the location and lots of lunch and dinner menus

It's quite satisfying to stay here with a 2 year old child, I was a little worried at first, but the child also has to be controlled so that he doesn't scream/fuss easily, because it might disturb other guests.It's quite calm, the atmosphere isn't too noisy, sometimes at night you can hear the sound of vehicles coming from the main road. And it also depends on the guests, if it's noisy you can hear it from the room (when I'm staying there aren't too many guests)spacious parking area, there are also quite a lot of rooms.the ambience is okay.It's just that the room isn't spacious.worth the price for me 👍

the receptionist was not clear, instead of explaining how to do this, she just kept quiet, the case of ordering using the k*****o apk was it really thought that it wasn't paid? dbyr sis, I'm so tired, I just got back from Jakarta, my intention was to take a break, but it didn't really make me disappointed

The rooms are really good, the facilities are complete, the Heather water is on, the AC is fully cold, toothbrush soap is provided, free drinking water, the staff is friendly hehe, I hope it's always five stars, OK!!!

The AC wasn't cold in room 203, I talked to the guard, coincidentally there were 2 people, a guy and a girl, in fact the girl put on an angry face and was sulking while annoyed and had an angry face, what is this called serving guests who are complaining that the AC isn't cold????? ??
