The hotel is not very well known, so if you ask for a taxi to the nearby President Hotel, they will drop you off at the nearest location.The interior has just opened in March, so it's still very clean, but there are some disappointing points. Although the room could accommodate four people, there was only one desk and one set of chairs, and although there was a dryer and washing machine in the room, there were no quick wipes to remove dirt and dust.There were also levels that needed improvement.The check-in system didn't seem to be working well, and even though I had checked in using the check-in tablet on the first floor, another employee later called me to say that I hadn't checked in. It's here. On top of that, other foreign guests were having trouble checking in, and there was a lot of confusion in the reception area, and when I tried to call the hotel management, I was only given a domestic number. In the end, we decided to assist the foreign family with children in checking in at the entrance.Another complaint about the check-in process is that during check-in, we use a tablet to remotely talk to the hotel staff, but even though it becomes a video call, the other party's image is not displayed, so only we can see. It's about falling into a situation like this. I remember feeling emotionally disappointed because I had expected to be able to see the other person's face. If you are unable to look at the person you are checking in to help check-in, I would like to see an alternative image projected to make them feel at ease. Unmanned check-in means that guests have to worry about whether or not they will be able to stay overnight properly, so I think improvements are needed to make them feel at ease, and I felt that the management was missing this point of view. .So, overall, I don't have any major complaints about the hotel rooms themselves, but I am very disappointed that the most important part, check-in, does not function properly.As of May 2024, Google Street View does not show the latest appearance of the hotel, so we have posted a wide-angle photo to replace it. I think the location will be clearer if you know which hotels are on the left and right. We hope this photo will be helpful for those who are checking in in the future.

Compared to other places to stay, the customer service here is relatively poor…

Hotel did not send us the lobby entrance code and we stay outside the hotel for 30mins. We cant contact hotel staff at all.We can finally go into hotel because of the guests go outside.No room cleaning at all.No basic stuff for staying will be provided. You need to buy garbage bag by yourself.Bad attitude for serving guests.The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Not recommended.
