It is a five-minute walk from Odawara Station and just take the 3/F communication passage. The check-in counter is on 4/F. If you arrive early, you can check in first and store your luggage. Downstairs is a shopping street with restaurants and convenience stores. The room is separated from wet and dry areas, and the toilet and shower room are separated.

Near the station next to the railway, you can connect without getting wet in the rain.In addition to the large public bath on the 10th floor, the natural hot spring has a footbath on the rooftop with a view of the ocean, and several small private baths. The guest rooms are like simple accommodations that keep costs to a minimum. There was no bed, just a soft double size mattress placed directly on the floor and two low pillows (I had the front desk bring an extra one for me). There was no bath or shower. There was no washroom, just a small hand washing bowl in front of the toilet. There are no curtains, just acrylic shoji screens fitted into the window frames. As soon as you step outside, you can hear the noise of young people until late at night, as it is a commercial facility lined with restaurants that are frequented by many tourists. There is a large screen TV attached to the wall, but it doesn't match the size of the room and is tiring. The air conditioner has a large capacity that is disproportionate to the size of a commercial room, so it cannot be adjusted effectively. Moreover, you will be exposed to cold air directly from the bed directly below you.Stay overnight without meals and go to work in the city the next morning! That's true!! Therefore, we recommend using the main building.

My family of 3 stayed here for one night during a three-day weekend in September. The location is directly connected to the 3rd floor of Odawara Station, so you don't have to worry even if it rains.Breakfast is buffet style and can be enjoyed at the Sky Lounge on the 14th floor. There are many types, and the taste is perfect. My son is one year old and cannot use the public bath, but the bath in the room is large despite being a unit bath, so there is no problem at all. The room is also spacious and beautiful. There are many shops nearby even at night, and a convenience store is also nearby, making it very convenient. The large public bath has an open-air bath and a sauna, but it's normal.
