Room with questionable taste, little natural light and smell of cigarette smoke.For one night in Osaka it may still be worth it given the logistical convenience (close to Namba) and the good price.

Isn't the woman at the front desk bad at night? Even though I was still asking questions on the phone, I hung up...The air conditioner in the room didn't work, so it was always hot, and when I asked for a change of dirty bath towels with blood on them, the response was terrible, so I wish they hadn't come.When I told them it was hot, they changed me to a different room, but even with the maximum airflow, the wind was weak and there were no windows, so I thought it would be hot in the summer. Even though it's still early summer.Only in room 802, the air conditioner is definitely broken. It's better to quit. 803 was cool.

Since it was new, the response has been the worst.The rooms have the same interior but are more than twice the price.Even though it says it's 8,900 yen, the consumption tax plus service charge is over 10,000 yen...The staff's service is the worst, and there are no free meals.I will never go there again!
