Opened in 2003 as the first APA Hotel Fukuoka City. The building is not newly built and was built in 1988, so it will be 36 years old in 2024.It was originally a city hotel style, so it has an atrium structure, and the rooms are spacious for an apartment.Part of the building was renovated in 2015, and the areas around the bed and desk are now clean, but the bathroom remains the same and is showing its age.In addition, the air conditioning system was still intact, and the switches had operating instructions written in a Showa-era style.Because it is an excellent brand, this room is also subject to the installation of a coffee maker in the guest room. The location is farthest from Hakata Station, and it's a little difficult to walk from Tenjin. Although there is a subway Nanakuma Line station, the Nishitetsu bus is the best means of transportation from Hakata Station.

I can't recommend it to anyone.Like a business hotel in the countrysideHowever, the location, room, and breakfast (pretty good for a meat breakfast buffet) are quite good. The worst part is that my car is a foreign car and I can't get into the elevator parking lot attached to the APA building😞 (This can't be helped because I have a foreign car)``If you can't get in, there is a nearby supermarket parking lot for 1,000 yen for 24 hours,'' which made me feel at ease. However, the directions on the navigation system were in the opposite direction (the navigation was bad). When I entered the parking lot of the building attached to the apartment complex, the manager said to me, ``Hey, it looks like it's not wide enough,'' and he said, ``Okay. , I decided to go to the supermarket because I was told about it.At that time, my brother parked his car on a narrow road in heavy traffic and helped me out because I had to back up.But the problem is Socokara😡At the entrance of the supermarket parking lot, a red cone with a confusing full sign is placed so that it can be seen.I was like, “What?” and hit the car head-on, but I ended up backing out again😱This time there's no one to help, so I get out on my own, but bicycles and pedestrians keep coming😑😑😑😑😑😑I almost ran you over 🫣Finally, I went out and called the hotel and they told me that they don't allow three-dimensional objects, and the supermarket also has cones like that.I wonder if they put them out so they can't get in, or they just put them on the side so they can put them out at the entrance when they need them. , Even if Kocchi enters in a foreign car and makes a U-turn, it's impossible! ! So, I would like to know any alternatives other than the supermarket's suggestions. This is a user who is staying overnight.I'm having trouble wandering, so if plan 🅰️ doesn't work, what are plans B and C?When a man answered the phone, he couldn't speak and said, "Please wait a moment," so I asked him to call back, but he said, "Please wait."Wow, I can't serve customers at this point 😤Kocchi is driving🏎️I understand? What should you do if you get into an accident while driving, even though you don't know the road?Should I look into it and get back to you?Not close to customers, no sense of hospitalityAre you saying they have different jurisdiction? No, I'm a guest staying overnight, but if I can't park in the parking lot, I won't be able to stay.If I can't stay, will you refund my money? Before I went, I inquired about parking. So, while I was waiting, a girl (who was nice, she snuggled up to me) turned into a girl and she tried her best to guide me while looking at a map on the phone (but I wasn't very good at explaining things, so we both ended up looking in different directions and places). (In the end, I couldn't get there and ended up going around in circles using the navigation system.) I asked them to call and ask if I could go to Super Mysterious Corn, but they replied that they couldn't because they weren't affiliated with the store. No, Kocchi is in trouble. If you call the supermarket and they don't know who you are, wouldn't it be okay if they pretended to be an ordinary person? That's the service industry.I was originally in the tourism industry.I've stayed in so many hotels. If I were a tour conductor, I wouldn't choose this place.I get complaints from my customers. The breakfast was delicious and the girls were working hard, but the older women and men at the front desk seemed to be trying to be easy to understand and not get involved, so they didn't do anything or help each other.the girl looks cuteIt's not possibleMoreover, in this day and age, it was extremely hot even in the second half of September this year, and when I asked the hotel to refrigerate my ice packs, an elderly woman said, ``I'll see if there are any openings,'' and went into the staff-only room. I can't wait 😠Every hotel I've been to has given me a check tag right away and said, ``Please let me know when you go out in the morning.''I'll take care of it 😌It's hot, so I'm afraid I won't let my souvenirs get ruined.'' But was this place empty? Check it out? This is seriously impossible🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨Does that mean you shouldn't buy souvenirs in Hakata? If you're going to build a hotel in Hakata, I'm not asking you to give me ice packs for free so that I can give back to the economy as souvenirs, but could I have them frozen? That's what I'm saying, so don't do that😡So, back to the topic, I went back to the APA multi-level parking lot to ask if I could use Ichikabatika. Then, the guy there (this guy is also great, he was the best guy) asked me to show him the car inspection certificate, and he said, ``I can't afford it.'' When I told him about the incident at the supermarket, he called me. The entrance to the parking lot is right around the curve and the intersection, so there was a line of cars waiting by this time.It seems like the parking lot is open for monthly parking, and there were complaints that the monthly parking lot couldn't get in. They say they are preparing it so I can put it in now😮‍💨Can't an APA hotel do something like this?ridiculous denial of serviceI can't stay overnight like thisWow, not only will I never repeat it, but I won't do it again!! ️So, again, this time there was a female aunt who helped me back up, so I was able to back up easily and parked at the supermarket.Thank you very much, Auntie and brother, m(_ _)mAfter checking in, I went to say hello with a pack of beer and a snack 🍺They called us to do things that the hotel wouldn't do for us, and they acted from our perspective, and the people in the parking lot were nice.In the end, I was scheduled to check in at 15:00, but since Hakata was crowded, I ended up walking around in circles and couldn't get into the parking lot, so I finally checked in after 16:00.I'm tired 😒It was such a hassle to check in to the hotel, and the hotel didn't offer any other suggestions, including the ones above, if they couldn't do what I said (only the young girl was trying so hard).Well, hotel quality comes from places like this.It looked like the people in the parking lot were hotel staff. If we don't re-educate the hotels themselves and take measures to deal with various incidents (improving their tendency to refuse outrightly and uncooperatively), if we just increase the number of hotels across the country with that president, we will not be able to do the maximum number of [staying] nights. This results in a hotel that is not worthy of its purpose. The breakfast and rooms are good, so please go back to putting the customers first. Finally, we had air conditioners in the room all at once, and it was comfortable, but if you had all the air conditioning in the room these days, you might complain about how hot or cold it was.Coffee maker was goodToilet is difficult to flushTV VOD is free and goodIt's good to have plenty of outlets everywhere. An origami crane was placed at the head of the bed.Don't forget the heart of the origami craneGood luck, girl hotel staff.Your preferences can be adapted to high-quality hotels.

When you check in, you will notice other guests after you. When I am there, I am rushed by the clerk. As for the bathroom, I think it would be better to clean it carefully when guests change.Even if the walls of the bathtub are slippery, they won't come off unless you rub them.A large amount of water was coming out from near the sprinkler plate of the shower head, so I thought maybe it was not tightened properly, so I tightened it slightly. The packing came out from between the holding nut and the sprinkler plate. When a customer loosens the retainer nut on the shower headBecause I can't think...When I put the gasket in the right place, the leak stopped...

It has been renovated and the hallways are old, but the room was clean. I think the location is convenient as it is close to the center.Breakfast seems to be a good thing, but I thought 1500 yen was expensive. Maybe it can't be helped in the current climate.

Conveniently located between Hakata Station and Tenjin. You can use the subway and local buses. Although the rooms are older, they are spacious for an APA hotel and have a sense of freedom. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.
