OVERALL: Very okay- The location is good for those who need to go to ICE BSD, usually for events, or have other needs- The room occupied is DELUXE, quite big, but okay- The price rate is okay- The environment is still nice- Cold AC- There's a TV- Vehicle parking is okay too- Lack :1. Room cleanliness due to dust, especially on tables and floors2. There is no cupboard, and the hangers are just what they are, they could be improvedThe rest is all okayRegards,Eric

Actually, the room is really comfortable, and the AC is also cool. It's just that because the walls are old and have never been repainted, the room is so gloomy, especially the color of the main light is yellow, it's even more scary. What makes me sad is that there are so many termites scattered on the floor, so the floor is really dirty, luckily the staff were quick to clean it! and what is a shame is that it only gives camphor, it would be better for the staff to just use a spray air freshener, or a hanging one for the air conditioner, because if you use that much camphor, visitors will also get drunk (me for example) ;(( the same can be repainted the walls of the room, the staff are really nice and friendly, what a great service, the walk to ICE BSD is also super close, if for example the rooms are clean and nice like the reviews 4 years ago I would recommend it to kpopers who want to have a concert at the ICE hall , but because I had a bad experience, I thought about telling my friends. Please fix it, staff, the room is comfortable, but the room is called comfortable but the room is not comfortable ;((

It is more suitable to be called a boarding room.I was given room 908 on the second floor. 3The first time I opened the door, the room was really stuffy because there was no ventilation. I opened it for about 10 minutes with the AC on. The sound of the AC is a bit noisy, it takes a long time to cool down, and after it cools down the water starts to drip. The condition of the furniture in the room was in a damaged condition. The large table seems to be rotten because the AC water drips too often. The bed table was tilted because the nails were loose, the bathroom front table was in a sad condition. Mattress very hard. Then the sink doesn't run smoothly, water is wasted for a long time. The water from the shower is very small, but the tap comes out fine. Not to mention the condition of the shower jet leaking, the tap must be closed so it doesn't flood. I will not visit this property again in the future

Ordered 2 different types of rooms, the deluxe one was ok, the mines shower couldn't get the full water out, the water heater wasn't enough, the windows didn't have curtains, the trash can wasn't provided, there weren't even any tissues.The standard one is that the Heather water is on, the shower is full of water, tissue is provided, the mines are still missing, the curtains are missing, hopefully next time the owner will add more and what is lacking will be repaired š

Located across ICE BSD. Room is moderate for one person, completed with shower bath room, toilet inside bath room, AC, water dispenser. Plus occupant access card. Parking space limited to 6 cars, street parking available.
