Even though it cost 16,400 yen, the room was small and not well cleaned. It's the worst. The higher the price, the worse it is.

Love it pretty much. Cute hotel, the room isn't very big but super cute, all the skin care are prepared. Many cosplay dresses are at the hall, I couldn't stop wearing those dresses. Free candies, nuts and dried fruits. The price is quite cheap if check-in after 11pm, I must stay overnight there again next time.

I made a reservation for 2 nights and stayed there, but it was terrible.I had confirmed the price over the phone in advance, and when I went on the day I made the reservation, I was surprised to find out that it was higher than I had been told, and if we were staying for two people, I would be charged twice as much as I had heard over the phone.I had paid in advance, but I thought I had paid for two nights, but instead I was told that I had only paid for one night. Why didn't you say it sooner?Since we had one more person staying with us, we were told that we would have to pay for the third person, so we had trouble paying the bill...and it took a lot of time.Even though my friend paid the money, the store clerk said, ``This person didn't pay,'' in an annoyed way.The staff member was in a terrible mood from the first night and had her hair all tied up.On the second day, the clerk at Shortcut changed to a middle-aged lady, and at the time of the first night I had told her that I only wanted to change the towels for the second day's cleaning, but I still wanted to do the entire cleaning, so she said, ``I'll take care of the cleaning.'' Is it okay if I ask?'' When I asked the lady at Shortcut, she said in a bossy tone, ``Isn't it a bad place to clean?'' I felt the worst on the second day.Isn't it strange how you ask that question?I'm not speaking in an angry tone here.Then, the day before I checked out, I heard that the elevator would not be working from 9am to 10am the next morning, so when I tried to leave the hotel after 10am, the front desk said it was still under inspection. When I contacted them, I was told that the time when the inspection would be completed was undetermined.Then why don't you say it sooner?The past 2 nights and 3 days have been full of frustrating things that have ruined my fun trip.The hotel's service was so bad that I got tired all at once.This is the first hotel I thought I would never stay at again.

I used it for a girls' night out course with my friends!The room was small, but I was able to relax, the bath was clean, and there was a sauna, so it was fun.Cosplay was also free!I'm happy that you can get sweets freely on the 1st floor 👍🏻I got a taste of the extraordinary 🥹 lol
