It's a bit of a walk from the station and bus, but it's a quiet area. Email response was quick and the room was impeccably clean, which made me feel at ease. I stayed on the 10th floor, but the noise didn't bother me at all. (Use on weekdays)Pajamas are available, and the amenities are perfect.Thank you very much for staying at such a reasonable price. Thank you.We do not have drinks available, so we recommend that you buy some before entering. Also, advance check-in doesn't work no matter how many times I try. I also checked the reservation number and it was correct. It seems like the system itself isn't working. They kindly handled the check-in procedure.

I went with 2 friends, it was really good value for money. The days we went on the 12th-14th overlapped with the sea days, so the price was a bit expensive, but it wasn't a bad place to stay! The small lobby on the first floor is very cool with air conditioning. I took a taxi, but I couldn't see the taxi drivers, so I had to go more, but the water was good, the service was good, and there was a convenience store near the accommodation, so it was great!

The entire hotel is a non-smoking building. It was a decent size double bed, not too small and the hotel was well cleaned. The bathroom was small but clean, had a bathtub so it was nice to relieve fatigue, and the water pressure was high.Shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, face cleaner, bath salts, etc. are all provided for your comfort.A bidet is well-equipped.The subway station is a bit far, but there are delicious set meals nearby, Don Quijote Nakasu is within walking distance, and although it's a bit far, Canal City is also within walking distance. There are not only convenience stores nearby, but also 'Max Valu' and 'Food Way', where you can buy food at low prices, making it a good place to buy late-night snacks. It is not recommended if the purpose of your trip is shopping, but it is a good place to visit for those who want to experience Japanese local restaurants and find quiet accommodation. I would like to use this place again next time I visit Fukuoka.

I made a last-minute reservation at this hotel because I was suddenly going to Japan. It was cheap, so I recommend it for value for money! Everything was good except the location.☺️The accommodation was clean and the bathroom felt smaller than other Japanese hotels. It was nice to have a Max Value Mart near the accommodation! Amenities can be picked up at the counter lounge. I arrived early in the morning and asked if I could leave my luggage before check-in, and they accepted! In the corner of the lounge? Please note that we have collected your suitcases, so we are not responsible for their loss!

Used during bike touring. The location was good and I was able to park in the covered parking lot on the 1st floor. (Two motorcycles were parked in the space for one car, but it cost 2,000 yen for two motorcycles)The reception is on the 10th floor and the guest rooms are downstairs, so it's a compact but worthwhile hotel. There is only one elevator, so you may have to wait. It's a residential area, so it's quiet, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It was close enough to get to the downtown area.
